It's my second time to stay here, very nice experience. location very good, few minituns walk from the Termini and easy to visit most of the sights by walk. Very nice and helpful staff, help me to print out my boarding pass. Value for money.
The staff were all very helpful and the location was both near the train station and in walking distance to many destinations. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location
The room was cramped and a little beaten up. The bed was very low but comfortable for sleeping. Not much sound proofing from adjacent rooms but it really wasn't that much of a problem.
The location was great and the staff very helpful & friendly
The room was very spartan and the beds old and uncomfortable. Worst was the bathroom which had mold everywhere.... We had a kettle to boil water but no tea, coffee, cups or glasses to use. It was hard to sleep due to the noise from the street and from the hotel.
Location and staff friendliness
Noise in room, dated shower, lack of electric plugs
Hosts, Location, breakfast
Great location for seeing the sites if Rome, all within walking distance. Staff friendly and very helpful, nothing too much trouble for them.
Squeaky bed, not to much room for family of 4 in one room.
Very good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms
small room for 4 persons, limited place to put luggage.
Very helpful concierge. Good selection at breakfast. Rooms were quiet we couldn't hear traffic.
Wifi on some parts of the hotel was not working.
We live in Naples, Italy and wanted to visit Rome for food and pubs/wine bars. No sightseeing. It was a 10min walk from the train station and within walking distance to the restaurants and pubs we wanted to visit. We did taxi back at the end of the night. The BIG sights Rome offers is a bit more of a hike however buses, the metro and taxis are readily available.
The wifi never worked. Not even the host could connect. Also, there IS an elevator in the building, but we did not have a key for it. The actual reception desk and rooms are only 1 floor up and all of us can manage the stairs so it was ok. If stairs are a problem, call to make sure the elevator would be available.
Happy staff very helpful good breakfast selection charming character on the negative hard to find needs bigger sign look for McDonald's on the corner then it's opposite the Paris hotel
The location was great, central for most of the attractions. The street was out of the hustle & bustle. Also very handy for the Termini, lots of lovely restraunts near by. We got clean towels and the room cleaned every day. On arrival at reception went through the map of Rome & recomended were to eat.
The people working here are very friendly.
Some noise from the breakfast-room
very freindly people and good helpful advise, good location
the BIG PROBLEM with this b&b was that our bedroom was next to the breakfast room which was in fact the coridoor to the bedrooms, as breakfast began at 7am in the morning the noise transmitted to our bedroom and woke us up at 7am every morning , for this reason i would not use this b&b again, however if you are a heavy sleeper i would recommend it.
Convenient location. Perfect service
Wifi connection is bad; even mobile signal is week inside the rooms.
Absolutely perfect location, friendly staff, very nice building
The cleanliness is not that good, as I expected in such a hotel.... This beatufil building deserves much more
Only stayed one night and the bed was good, sleep was sound, wifi worked, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were bright, friendly, and helpful.
The location was excellent, which was mainly why we chose this place - you could easily walk to all important touristic attractions, yet it was fairly far away from overcrowded areas. Also, strategically located within a short walk from Termini Station, which was great. The staff were great, very helpful and nice on all occasions, the beds were very comfy and the cleaning was done every day.
I believe the real room didn't exactly match the ones advertised in the pictures as it was much smaller and I'd say maybe too small for a 3-person room - that was disappointing. Also, the bathroom installation was pretty old, so the wc kept making noise. And the wifi was a disaster, that is, it never worked.
Good service. Well priced.
Never had internet service. Many excuses on this respect.
Good location to the sites and to the station for getting to the airport. The facilities are good and the staff very friendly and helpful.
No complaints or Suggestions.
location very helpful, pleasant staff hefty (albeit monotonous) breakfast air conditioning wi-fi
small basic rooms weak air conditioning
receptionist was super helpful place is super central
nearby families were very noisy, which is not Fascino di Roma's fault.
Had a great stay..Eddie Marco and Antonella really looked after us with local knowledge of where sites were, and eddie makes a mean cappuccino. Clean rooms close to everything. nice place great breakfasts. Thanks again guys well done.
Not really anything to gripe about.
The staff was very friendly and helpful staff, one of the best experience we encountered during our 12 days trip in Italy. They will not hesitate to assist and provide information. It is a great location close to the metro. The room was clean but very small, a bit of disappointment. The hotel provided good breakfast with fresh pastries every morning. Overall it was a great stay and enjoyable.
The room was much smaller than expected.
The location was great to move around city! Kind and helpful staff!!!
Close to the train station and metro Very helpful and kind staff
the suite was VERY SMALL for a family of 6 problems with the WiFi which only worked sporadically problems with the air conditioning for half our stay with a terrible smell in the room
