This place is excellent. They are some 2 blocks from the Vatican, they provide breakfast with the room, the staff is kind and the rooms are clean and have a beautiful view.

There is little I can honestly say I didn't like about it, but the internet deserves a brief comment. They charge for internet (like 3euros for 1h, 5 euros for 3h), and it is not a very high speed, making it hard to video chat with parents. One would expect that if internet is charged for it would be better speed.

The staff was very kind and helpful! The rooms are large, which is nice for a European hotel. The location is perfect for visiting the St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museum and the metro is maybe a minute walk from the front door of the hotel which is key to easily get to all the other famous sites! The hot water did not work one day and the staff quickly had people in to take a look and fixed the problem in a timely manner.The hotel is difficult to find because there is no sign, you have to go by the address number then ring the bell to the hotel for them to let you in the front door. I felt that this was nice for security reasons and privacy. My husband and I along with my parents really loved this hotel! I

Many things that are very good about the hotel: Spacious room compared to the others in the same category, few steps away from the Metro and Tram station, so connectivity is excellent, Vatican is a stone's throw distance. A very good value for money for tourists on limited budget.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable (A/C was perfectly set).

A bit of a small breakfast room with little choice, but sufficient. Having to carry heavy bags and a pram up the stairs was annoying. Wouldn't stay there at the original price but discounted was good value.

The staff were amazing, very friendly. Bedroom was lovely, very spacious and the air conditioning worked well! Literally takes 1 minute to get to the metro station and 5minutes to St. Peter's Sq (ideal for getting in the queues early). Breakfast was delicious, fresh tea and coffee every morning. Very secure and quiet during the day and at night. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

The only thing which could have been better was the strength of the shower.

The hotel is small and beautiful, it's an entire floor in a very nice building. Very central street, near to a metro station. Nice european breakfast, we got breakfast earlier the day we asked for it. The staff is great!! Mauritzua helped us a lot in planning our day, gave us lots of tips and information. Very clean and feels like home, like if you are visiting a family

Locatie vlak bij Metrostation en Vaticaanstad. Kamer aan de achterzijde was rustig.

Toegankelijkheid via grote trap met koffers is niet ideaal. Kennis van Engelse taal bij receptie is bedroevend. Geen mogelijkheid om bagage op te slaan om de rest van de dag Rome te bezoeken. Ontbijtkamer is veel te klein. Bereidwilligheid van receptioniste om iets uit te zoeken via internet is niet aanwezig.

Prezzo ,posizione, pulizia,cortesia

Propreté de la suite, personnel aimable et serviable, proximité du vatican (5 minutes à pieds) et la station de metro la plus proche est à une centaine de mètres. Le petit dej est copieux et varié.

Le service wifi payant anormale aujourd'hui

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja: krok od metra, 5 minut do Watykanu i dalej do centrum miasta na piechotę. Mały hotelik z przerobionego mieszkania na 5-6 pokoi, cicho i przyjemnie, dyskretnie, bezpiecznie. Krok od pizzerii, tratorii i innych kulinarnych miejsc.

Sniadania - dość ubogie i maleńka, niewygodna kuchnia. To był minus. Raczej trzeba się nastawić na dobrą kawę/herbatę i ichniejsze słodkie bułki - (ale też raczej z pakowanych folii, a nie z piekarni świeżutkie).
