I liked the friendliness of the hostess. I did not check that the check in time was at 16:30 only and we arrived two hours earlier. The hostess kindly got back to the house to check us in so we could leave our luggages there and go and visit the town. The breakfast is the best I had during our stay in Italy, which was quite poor in the other places we stayed. Mention more explicitely that the check-in time is not the one of an hotel and is later than usual. Also mention that there are dogs in the house: we were not warned and were a little surprised to see them. |

It was a very cosy hotel. Clean and decorated with taste. The owner was very nice and welcomed us like at home. This hotel fits well those who are looking for luxury, comfort and positive atmosphere. And the breakfast was good. I will definitely stay at that hotel next time again! |

The hotel is one of the most adorable places I happened to stay in my life. Extremely clean and you can have your breakfast in the garden. Cinzia and her dogs are very friendly and make you feel like at home and even better. We definitely recommend this hotel. |

Well appointed and friendly hotel. The rooms and garden are lovely - a good place to relax after a journey. Great breakfast - unusual for this price range hotel in Italy! Helpful owner. It is a distance from the centre of Pisa - but we knew this when we booked, so it is not really a negative. It does make the hotel a less good place to stay if you want to see the sights. |

The room was nice and clean. Short distance to centrum of Pisa. Good breakfast. Really good service, the boss even drove us to the train station for free due to rain when we left the hotel. Recommended!! Nothing |

Very welcoming and nice people, top class room, great breakfast (best boiled egg of our trip). Inside much nicer than you expect from the location, nice garden at the rear for breakfast. A 20 min walk to the centre but a nice walk. Great local restaurant better than expected from suburban location and good value. Location appeared to be in ,(our first impression) a rough looking area, but was actually OK we walked at night and felt safe. Parking is in a local shopping area a street away, I wasn't too happy about the car being left there, but no problems. |

The lady owner was very nice, taking care of all our requests. It is a very nice B&B, very clean and wonderfully decorated by the owner(s), a good place for a romantic stay. Maybe a little far from the Pisa Leaning Tower, but we had a car so was no problem. The hotel was excellent, just a little hard to find. |

Very comfortable, spacious, air-conditioned rooms and well appointed bathrooms. Excellent breakfast by Italian standards.Short walk to the bus stop for buses to the station. It is clear from the description that the hotel out of the centre so this is not a criticism, just a note. It's a 15/20 minute walk into town, but it's a pleasant enough stroll. There a couple of restaurants within a 10 minute walk but not much choice. |
