Featuring a heated indoor pool and a rooftop bar with 360° views out over Florence, this ultra-modern hostel is a 10-minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella Train Station.
Score from 2974 reviews Very good
comfortable bed, clean room and easy to get to from train station.
Very welcoming staff, good stylish interior, clean room
Staff are Happy, nice and willing to do everything to make your stay comfortable. They advised us very good restuarants and provided very good overview of the city once we asked for the map to start visiting the city.
I like to have bread for breakfast and there was not, but it's a very minor issue.
Very convenient location to bus and train. Good breakfast. Bed and pillows on the hard side, a bit to firm for me, otherwise very good value.
Host was very helpful and friendly
The décor was excellent. The aperitif was really appreciated after hours of walking Florence's streets taking in the attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful
The entrance is very narrow and the elevator is just half meter wide I didnt feel well from the enterance But the staff is very good
friendly staff good location good decoration
Rooms clean and fairly spacious
We book hotels to use the wifi and we could not get the wifi in out room. The shower was also really weak and the walls quite thin so you could hear everything
We loved this cool little B&B which is just five minutes walk from the main station and, more importantly, just 10-15 minutes walk to the historic centre of Firenze. The rooms and the breakfast area are immaculate and the young owners are charming, friendly and super helpful.
My only very slight concern was the lack of choice in breakfast cereals. Although there were three varieties, none of them really appealed to us. It would be good to include some muesli and/or fresh fruit.
Very romantic staff they put campaign and flowers for us as honeymooners they put chocolate and Campari in the fridge as welcoming drink hotel was very clean and in the city center
shower was not perfect, was broken, but they said they will fix it as soon
Uber trendy interior, great staff who made our stay over our wedding anniversary very special with chilled prosecco and rose petals ! Recomend!
Would have liked a little mor variety with the breakfast.
Discuss parking conditions before your stay:( Located in the apartment house, so unexpected things like electricity faults can happen:(
Location was great, room was clean.
Very nice interior Very friendly staff Not far from the historical center (10 minutes walk) Not far from the rail way station (5-7 minutes walk)
Hard to find, because there is no sign of the hotel and the building looks like a simple house Reception is not working in the evening (write an email to the hotel if you arrive late, they will send you instructions how to get in)
We stayed in the room number 4. It was big, comfortable and well designed. There are frigde and kettle in the room. I liked the cookies which were put on the room everyday =) There is a grocery a few steps ahead. Friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast is poor a bit. It would be good to vary with cheese or anything.
Clean and tidy, recently renovated, friendly staff.
A bit far from centre, 15-20 minutes walk.
Stylish little B&B in a great location.
Breakfast could offer more.
The hotel is actually closer with less turn to make from the main train station (different from Google map which is need to go around the station). The reception is very friendly and very helpfull in advising what to see in Florence. With the map he gives and advises, I believe that I could cover the main attractions.
Very nice features of the property, very friendly and helpful staff, close to the city center ( 10 min walking).
Location Breakfast Wifi New building, clean rooms Staff helpful Clim
The B&B door is dangerous my friend had her hand hurt by the heavy door No available small water bottles in the room
abit far from train station noisy room toward street small room and bathroom primitive breakfast
Probably one of the best hotels we stayed during our holidays in Italy. The room was modern and well designed with its own spirit (UK style). Room was cleaned every day. The owner was very friendly and has offered his help on Florence. Also, along with the keys we received a greeting letter from the host hotel. It is a small thing, but such things make you feel better about the place in which you live. If I ever again come to Florence, I definitely will stay at this hotel. Thank you for great weekends!
The location a little bit opposite the city centre, but it takes only 7-10 minutes by walk to get to main tourist places.
We love the decor, the atmosphere/ theme. The breakfast is quite sufficient. The owner was very helpful especially with our later arrival emailing the info we needed to enter the B & B and having the keys ready for our rooms. The location was great- easy to walk to major sites and good restaurants close by. For our group it was quite close to both the car rental and 24 hr parking. Great value.
We would have appreciated accessibility to bottled water/ kettle to make tea etc. at the B & B.
Close to the train station.
1. Nobody answered my phone when we were struggling to find the B&B. When we managed to find it, another guess opened the door for us and gave me an envelop left by the host. It has the key and wifi passport in it. 2. The room is very small, basically the picture shows all of the room (nice camera lens though!) 3.The shower was awful. 4. The breakfast is so-so, only serves one cup of coffee.
the location is good, close to train station and not so far from center; The design of room is special, if you like something different than usual rooms; Breakfast is fine and considering the price is fine
-Room is a bit small; -bathroom is kind of old and not very user friendly;
