Rooms are clean, spacious enough location is ok, 7 min walking distance from Termini station, 15 min from Colosseo, 20 min walk to Trevi Fountain

no lift but hotel staff can help with delivering suitcases to the room; in some room with windows to the street is not possible to sleep due to constant noise from car service place that is on the 1st floor. Rooms on the side of a church have tiny window but at least very quite and no sound disturbes you at night; breakfast is very basic but it is common for Italy.

Good location is a nice neighbourhood. The rooms are clean. Most major tourist destinations are in walking distance (about 20 minutes).

Breakfast is poor. The coffee served with breakfast is absolutely crap. You should expect better in Italy.

3 floor of stairs, no internet in all the hotel, we have to cros the street and go to an other hotel for internet.

I like the location. Very close to Termini station and at 20 minutes walk from Plaza Venezia.

I was in room 301. Top floor. No windows, which was claustrophobic. Well, it was a skilight but on a vertical wall under the ceilling, leaving light coming in. This is something that should have been clarified on the room descriptions. The air conditioning did not worked and being under the roof was very hot. No lift and the steeps are dificult to negotiate.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to Termini station.

Very good value for money in off-season travel period. Clean and pleasant.

There are loads of good quality, cheap restaurants nearby which are much nicer than those closer to central Rome.

Our room had one very small window up high so there was no fresh air.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the Santa Maria Maggiore church and Termini station. The building was quite old, with nice details like dark timber structures visible in the rooms. Our room had a special feature: a great balcony type room just above an archway to the old church of Santa Prassede. Breakfast was reasonable and prices decent.

Apparently, the hotel is a subsidiary of Hotel Santa Prassede. For example, the reception was on the other side of the street in Hotel Santa Prassede. Thus, there were no personnel in the Il Granaio during evenings or nights. The room did not have minibar. Yet, it is mentioned in booking.com hotel info. When complaining about this, a man at the reception told, it is a problem of booking.com. However, the minibar is mentioned also on hotels own website! Air conditioning was very weak and noisy. In August, it had to be on all the time. The ventilation fan in the wc was out of order too.

The room was clean and comfortable. Everything in the room worked properly (lamps, air conditioning, tv set etc.). Toiletries and towels were replaced on a daily basis. The staff was polite.

The view out of the window is the wall of the opposite building, which is just approximately 2 meters away. There's a safe in the room which is very small and poorly fastened to the wall - in other words, it is absolutely useless. There're only 6 tv channels and all of them are in Italian. Breakfast is just drinks + baked goods, and they are the same every morning, so don't expect much from it. Wi-fi is free, but it is available only in the lobby.

The location was good, right by Santa Maria Maggiore. The room was pretty nice, and breakfast was really good. There were about 50 stairs to our room but it was no big deal, we actually like the castle feel of the journey to our room - which was very secure.

Although it's apparently common policy for hotels to take a copy of your passport in Italy, we didn't like how it was done here... The front desk guy asked us to leave our passports behind the desk while he took us to our room; we just wondered why he couldn't copy them on the spot and give them back to us like every other hotel in Italy... The bed wasn't the comfiest, but saying that I had no trouble sleeping at all. Thee's also a 'city tax' charge in every Italian hotel, something like 2 Euros pp pn at the moment.

Conveniently located in the proximity of Termini train and underground (subway) stations, Cavour subway station, and within walking distance of the Colosseum (15 minutes). Very close to Santa Maria Maggiore and Prassede churches, both of which have astounding interiors (like all other churches in Rome).

Nice basic hotel. Location is great near Termini station and historic Rome. Room was small, nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was typical Italian with just bread, croissants, coffee and juice. WLAN was available only in hotel reception. A nice Italian restaurant nearby gave discount to hotel resident. Food was really good for the money. We had some problems with air conditioning and were immediately moved to another room. Overall this was a nice hotel with good value for the money.

Brand new room. Small, but well designed and comfortable.

La camera era improponibile. A fianco c'era la sala colazioni. Alle 6,30 lo staff ha cominciato a fare un baccano della Madonna. Impossibile dormire..vergognoso!

La posizione è molto buona e la struttura pulita.

Staf impreparto, con un prepagato ritengo sia possibile comunque avere una fattura, perchè mi è stato risposto che non si puà fare? Se vai in macchina il parcheggio è troppo caro ma comunque niente sorprese, era scritto in fase di prenotazione.

Le camere e la struttura in generale

Il fatto che venisse indicato che c'era la Wifi nelle camere e non era vero, nemmeno il mini bar e nemmeno la Sky tv!

Nahe neben dem Hauptbahnhof, somit super Anbindung, Metro-Station war auch schnell zu finden. Generell fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen wenn man nicht fußlahm ist. Zimmer einfach aber relativ modern eingerichtet, Klimaanlage vorhanden, wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße, vorteilhaft da Rom eine sehr laute Stadt ist.

Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen, haben wir nach zweimaligen Versuchen weggelassen. An manchen Nächten hatten sich einige Nachtschwärmer in unsere Straße niedergelassen, was bei geöffneten Fenster sehr laut und nervig war, kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür. Nach der Reinigung der Zimmer wurde die Tür nicht wieder abgeschlossen, so wie wir es hinterlassen haben, wir sind da etwas paranoid ;-))

Het is zeer centraal gelegen, de bus van de luchthaven stopt er op zeven minuten van. Je hebt daar ook een metro op zeven minuten. Maar eigenlijk is alles op wandelafstand. Proper, vriendelijk, je hebt er alles wat je wenst. Een aanrader, prijs kwaliteit.

Localizaçáo.

Café da manhá ruim, sem variedade. A maquina de café fica em outro ambiente. Registro do chuveiro estava quebrado e o quarto ficava em outro prédio no outro lado da rua. Náo tinha internet nos quartos e na recepçáo o sinal também era ruim, ficamos sem comunicaçáo por 3 dias.

Прекрасное расположение отеля в пяти минутах ходьбы от вокзала Термини. Чудесный завтрак (утренние круассаны вспоминали еще долго). За предложенную цену Замечательный Отель!

В апреле еще не работал кондиционер-вентиляция, но это не минус, а просто замечание.
