Despite a misunderstanding over payment (all my fault for not reading the booking email properly) the staff, particularly Kristina, could not have been more friendly and helpful - as they were throughout our stay. |

I was not properly welcomed by reception upon arrival at 2p.m. because there was no one at the reception and the door was closed. So I had to call them by mobile phone. In the morning I was awaken at 8am by the rumor from the street and by the kitchen lady who was preparing breakfast on the terrace right up my room. She was very noisy for two hours until 10am. What a bad experience! Besides, the price to this hotel is higher than any other B&B which are plenty around in Ortigia. |

the owner is not always in B&B. So when I reached B&B at noon, I could not enter B&B. I needed to call the owner to enter B&B. |

Very quiet, centrally situated, nice room, very clean, and a good breakfast Difficult to get hold of someone to let us in when we arrived - we had to phone, though staff very friendly when we met them. |

Ensemble coquet et bien situé (quartier historique). Buffet du matin ordinaire. Parking impossible dans la rue. Pas toujours qq de présent à la réception. |

l'accueil parfait une dame sympa très agréable. Le côté charmant de cet hôtel car même si la salle de petit dèj est petite elle a tout son charme. Juste une serviette tâchée même si elle avait été lavée et des difficultées pour allumer la télé. Et surtout pas de parking mais possibilité de se garer dans un parking pour juste 1 euro pour la nuit et une navette gratuite jusqu'à 2 pas de l'hôtel. Mais très bon hôtel.En tout cas pour nous. |

flessibilità nel check in e check out. bevande free non funzionava il pagamento con carte di credito (visa e mastercard) nè il pagamento via bancomat. sono stato costretto al pagamento in contanti. |

La localisation géographique est idéale et le personnel est très chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est plus que basique (un café + un croissant au café du coin). Les chambres sentent très très fort le produit d'entretien (mais on s'y habituer quand même) |

Le b&b est situé au coeur de Syracuse, dans un vieil immeuble bourré de charme et bien tenu. Grande chambre, propre, bien décorée avec les équipements modernes attendus. La réservation faite par booking.com n'avait pas été prise en compte. Pas un problème en début de saison car le b&b n'était pas plein mais en haute saison, ce genre de gag peut entrainer de gros problèmes ! |

Hallo, wir haben- wie auch erwartet, aufgrund der Bewertungen- den Pensionsbesitzer erst telefonisch über unsere Ankunft informieren müssen. Klassisches B&B, man kann aber um die Ecke günstig Pizza essen. Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mitten im Stadtteil Ortigia. Wir waren Anfang März in Syrakus und gefühlt die einzigen Touristen. |

B&Bながらホテル並の設備で快適。ドゥオーモまで徒歩２分、清潔で美しい浴、お値打ちです。駅から無料バ- スに乗るとちょうどこのB&Bがある通路の目の前を通るので、先に運転手に住所を伝えておくと良い。 夜７時に到着しリンドンを鳴らしても応答がなく、電話にも出ない。１時間後に近所の店の人に助けてもらいよ- うやくチェックインができた。さらに翌朝、シャワー中（09:00）に一度、さらにもう一度（09:40）- 、清掃係に扉を開けられた。室内清掃は１１時からとドアに貼られた規約に書いてあるにも関わらず。毎日朝食- を食べてすぐに出発する人なら気にならないだろうが、のんびり派の私にとってはこれは最悪でした。 |

La posizione fantasctica e l'arredamento Problemi al check in(al telefono ci hanno dato le istruzioni per entrare e trovare la camera pur in orario di check in).Problemi alla colazione pur in orario perchè la signora occupata con i chek out e non ci ha servito nulla e tutto era finito.pagamento:no carte,pagato in contati ma per il resto abbiamo seguito con i bagagli la sign.ra per le piazze di siracusa in cerca di q.no che cambiasse i $ |
