Staff service is very warmly and helpful. She introduced me the main attractive sites including mesuem, sightseeing, restuarants, even ice- cream shop. She helped me to book Mesuem Uffiz ticket before my arriaval with free of charge. The location is very closed to central train station within 10 mintues. |

The owners Marco and Frederica were really kind and atencious, they certainly made the difference in our stay in Firenze... The location is great, we loved the breakfast, and all... Absolutely nothing to complain!!!! |

Both Marco and Fredricka were very friendly and helpful and when the guest internet did not work they allowed us to use their own to make bookings.Breakfast good standard. The room was stuffy without using air airconditioner - very noisy area so leaving a window open wasnt an option. |

Both Marco and Fredrika were the best hosts one could hope for. They not only organised queue free museum trips but passed on lots of local knowledge. Good internet, bar fridge, sat tv, air con, free champagne! |

Professional and superfriendly staff. Nice (and flexible) breakfast. Superb location in the centre of Florence. A lot of practical information to discover Florence 'in one day'. |

Thanks to everyone whose reviews encouraged us to stay here. Thanks Frederica, she is very friendly and helpful. Thanks Marco too, he is very nice. The bedroom is clean and with very high headroom. The toilet also clean and new and with warm floor, its very comfortable in the morning. Its quiet and good air-condition in summer. It more like a home than a hotel. We are happy to choose and stay this B&B Il Marzooco |

It is near the train station, you can walk to get there. Helpfull and friendly staff that know the city and what to visit. Very good breakfast in an elegant dining room. On second floor with no elevetor. |

The staff were by far the friendliest and most helpful anywhere during our travels through Italy. Nothing was too much trouble and they made so many great suggestions which helped us enjoy Florence even more than we would. Their tips as to where to eat and buy gelati are spot on. A great place to stay - close to the station, although on a main road, there is no noise at all from the traffic. |

Marco the owner and his staff were extremely helpful. They recommended two restaurants that were superb and a good price. They arranged for reserved tickets to the two most popular museums in Florence in advance of our arrival. It is located convenient to the train station and you can walk to all the sites in the city. |

It ist a very nice B&B with a majestic home-atmosphere. Thanks to the owner Marco, who did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, we had wonderfull time in Florence. Frederica gave us all information about the town and advised places where to eat and where to go. It was very helpfull! |

when we arrived there was noone who could give us a key, so we had to stay outside for 2 hours, till they wake up. Breakfast was so small. Poor, ugly, small rooms. defenetly do not recommend. |

Marco gives great advice on things to do in Florence! Beautifully furnished bathroom and bedroom, satellite TV, in-room tea facilities. Breakfast not quite up to standards of rest of hotel. Not terrible, just not great either. |
