It is difficult to find the address. Rooms are very bad organised so I was really in trouble As they changed my bed 3 times.
Well the location was good and the building seems charming.
It wasa very bad experience! People are not helpful and mean. There's a lot of hidden costs. And some rules are ridiculous. there's almost nothing prepaired for your stay. I had bed bugs and when i told the recpetion guys he didn't even care. I asked to change my bed and insisted to change the bed sheets, or else he wanted me to keep the same stuff. It was a very bad experience and i will surely never go back or recomend it for anyone .
I travel almost all the world, stay every time in hostel for economy side, this is the best hostel I ever stay , clean , excellent and very helpful reception staff , easy to find located near everything and the best was the great value of accomodation fare. My compliment to everyone which work in monastery hostel
the location, was very close to the center of milan. also the room had a bathroom inside. good wifi.
the staff wasn't very helpful. you had to make the bed on your own and return the sheets when left. also the blanket was tiny and very thin. the room was very small.
kitchen and common space
the room was too cold and the staff are not attentive.. you need to pay awful 5€ for the towels!!!
It's a really good solution for young people, looking for a cheap but well-located place to stay in Milan. I would make again my choice.
We booked a room for 3 adults and 3 seperate beds and they insisted on giving us a room with 2 small beds (one a litlle bigger than the other). After an argument they changed it.
Place was pretty central, clean, nice area, good wifi
The staff didnt bother to say a few very amazing things that were going on in the city. the marked the map as if they were doing us a favor. One basic example: Free tours of Milano on certain days and times.
The have bed bugs!!! Be careful!!!!!! plus horrible service and extra charges for everything you can imagine. It is not a hostel in my understanding... just horrible place
The price is quite reasonable. The location is good
There is no hairdryer in the hotel
good location, friendly staff
u have to rent the towels.
I have spend a good time in this hostel/Staff is good and kind.Really nice people!Nice guests! All of them))best wishes and a good business for them, really!I will come back)
Nothing)may be i needed some sport.Fitness hall or something.nothing more)
No table and chairs
good location..could walk there from main station/bus terminal
-no blankets, just a duvet cover..i was freezing.the other girls in my room were all sneazing and we had to put on extra sweaters in the night - the bathroom is in the room, which is very noisy
Close to city centre and train station. Not having to pay city tourist tax for being under 30 years. Cafe style seating area upstairs.
False advertising about the laundry, which was "not working" but looked as though it hadn't been working for quite a while. Also, in the top bunk in the dorm, there was no shelf to put a phone/book/water etc
Staff was efficient, although a bit grumpy. Location is kinda fine, close to metro station.
Smelly blankets, lousy internet connection
good location simply but clean accommodation value for money tranquillity
doubledecker bed is really dangerous namely if you sleep up, no barrier there from neither of both sides
Personal are very helpfull!
The location can't be better! Very much value for money. If you need only a place to stay at night this one is perfect but don't forget that it is still a hostel not a high star hotel.
The location is very central, very close tp Duomo, but a little far from the nightlife area. Nevertheless, the neighboorhood is quiet and safe and one of the most beautiful in the city.
Although the heating was continuously on, the room was always cold. Cleanliness could be improved.
-location is near the metro station, which is only ard 3mins walk -there's a small fridge inside the room which I don't need to store my food in the shared kitchen
1. The shared bathroom is not really clean, it's filled with a smell of cigarette which makes me disgusted! 2. It's not comfy to stay on the upper bed because it is quite high and you will be fall down easily 3. There is not even a single chair inside the room 4. It is TOO NOISY! I got akwen by the noise at like mid night or early morning in both of my room and in the corridor!!!!
The place is really nice, very well organized, clean and comfortable. The Staff is friendly, the beds are very good and the location is superb.
That the bathroom door is just next to the beds, can be annoying sometimes...
Large rooms, many bathrooms, a lift, air cond, a free public computer, location half way between the central train station and the cathedral.
The kitchen is a disaster area. Everything is broken, no means to boil water, no cups, no tea or sugar, 3 small, shaking tables. If they fix the kitchen, it will become a super hostel.
Very good location in the middle between Duomo and Central station (Both destinations are 15 minutes walking).Modern facilities, spacious rooms.Reception 24 hours open.
Sheets and pillows are not ready in beds and you must carry and place them from reception when you arrive, and give them back while leaving.
Big rooms with big lockers Good location 15 min walking to duomo and near metro station turati.
Staff is not friendly. They charge everything. I asked for a.hair dryer and they wanted to charge 4 €. Also to leave your bag when you check out. Poor wifi in rooms. Kitchen is not equiped and with only 3 tables . Not any service you pay just for the bed.
