Best hotel experience during our stay in Sicily. Modern , comfortable hotel with very good and friendly personnel. Excellent ratio price-performance. Restaurant is top class. Breakfast could be better - more choice of food and fruit. |

The Hotel was nice, modern, very nice design! The Staff were really nice and extremely helpful. Also was traveling with my own car and garaging it was not a problem at all! If you traveling in a car its a good base to visit the Toarmina and Etna and so on! Also the restaurant is worth a visit as well! Well its a bit remote, if you have no car. We arrived about lunch tired from a two hour drive and kitchen was closed for lunch, and had to drive to find some lunch. |

The staff were exceedingly welcoming and helpful, service was prompt and friendly in the restaurant, and the situation looking over the slopes of MountEtna is great. A very small point, but it would be helpful if a more prominent sign could be arranged to indicate where to turn off the main road through Linguaglossa to reach the hotel. |

Freundliches, wenn auch z.T.wenig kompetentes Personal.Gute Küche. Sehr hochwertige Einrichtung.Am Tag unserer Abreise (morgens 6.00 Uhr) wurden wir vom Chef pesrsönlich mit Kaffee un Kuchen verköstigt. Auf dem Frühstücksbuffet wird sehr viel Süßes angeboten. Käse, Schinken und Brot war immer sehr sehr schnell vergriffen und musste nachbestellt werden. |

Das ansprechende Design des Zimmers und vor allem der öffentlichen Räumlichkeiten, mit viel Gefühl für Details, haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Empfang war familiär und herzlich, das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich. Auch wenn die Auswahl der Speißekarte nicht sehr groß ist, das Essen ist vorzüglich. |
