“ We were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. The house is attractive, well located. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anybody wishing to visit Florence. ”

Il Palagetto Guest House is located in the San Frediano area of Florence, just 300 metres from the Arno. It offers free Wi-Fi, and rooms with satellite TV and bathrobe. The 17th-century Palagetto features original terracotta floors and fireplaces. All the rooms are air-conditioned and some of them have a private bathroom. An international buffet breakfast is served at the Palagetto B&B. Tea and coffee are available for free, 24 hours a day. Both the Ponte Vecchio and Santa Maria Novella Station are a 20-minute walk from the Palagetto Residence. We were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. The house is attractive, well located. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anybody wishing to visit Florence.

Perfectly located guest house a nice 15 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio. On this side of the river you can find some excellent places to eat or drink for a lot cheaper than in the centre. Fabulous breakfast and felt very welcome by Ruggero who kindly explained our way around and also had tickets available for the bus! Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Loved staying in a 17th century house! Internet was not strong enough to reach the room. The bed was squeaking.

Friendly behaviour and prompt services/facilities provided by the staff. Location and comfort at the II Palagetto Guest House accordingly. Feeling at home which was the most important. We felt as if it was our second home. Very friendly and cooperative behaviour of the host staff and very homely stay bringing feeling to be at our own home. It was really our second home.

Lovely property and nicely decorated. Very welcoming owner and the staff were great. The layout of the rooms around the central hall and dining room, especially if you are in one of the three rooms that has no en- suite and shares the bathroom, means that you may give people having breakfast a bit of a shock if you forget to put your dressing gown on or leave your door open.

Tiziana, the proprietor, was extremely helpful, booking tickets for the Uffizi and offering lots of advice and recommendations. The guest house was clean to a high standard and the decor was very pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and of a good quality. It was quite a distance to the main attractions.

El tracte d'en Ruggero ha estat molt amable, en els moments que em compartit s'ha mostrat com un gran anfitrio, és d'agrair la seva discreció. El lloc és molt acollidor i tranquil. En una zona tranquil·la de la ciutat. Cal tenir en compte que és un establiment amb etiqueta ecològica, un detall en els moments que corren. Per cert el llit excel·lent. Cal tenir en compte que té etiqueta ecològica i per tant les tovalloles no es canvien cada dia, sinó cada 3. També val a dir que està una mica separat del centre. Nosaltres ho sabíem i ha format part de l'encant de la visita a Florència, amb les línies 6, 12 i 13 de bus arribes a tot arreu.

" Ero già stata in questo b&b, e confermo le mie prime impressioni: il gestore è molto gentile e disponibile, e mi ha dato anche questa volta molte indicazioni utili per muovermi in città e sui ristoranti della zona. Il bb ha un parcheggio recintato molto utile per chi come me viene in macchina per lavoro portando oggetti di valore. La camera è confortevole, dotata di tutte le comodità e anche se non è grandissima è perfetta per una persona sola (ha il bagno condiviso proprio accanto alla porta, molto pulito, quindi per me questo non ha costituito un problema). Nel soggiorno c'è un wifi veloce, efficiente e gratuito. La colazione è buona e abbondante, e Ruggero è disponibile anche ad anticiparla un pò se si deve uscire presto. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Grazie" Nessuna critica da fare.

proximité du centre ville médiéval de Florence, 15 mn à pied, possibilité de prendre le bus ( gratuit si vous prenez la Firenze card pour les musées). Calme, bâtiment bourjois de caractère dans le cartier de Florence le plus authentique et résidentiel, possibilité de parking voiture réservé moyennant coût assez élévé (18 €/jour), air conditionné. Bons conseils en restaurants. air conditionné très bruyant.

bellissima struttura, arredata con grande gusto...personale gentile e disponibile, si parlano lingue straniere. Il Palagetto è vicinissimo al centro e ci si arriva tranquillamente anche in auto...parcheggio privato! mezzi pubblici vicinissimi! La colazione è un vero momento di relax e golosità! Grazie!
