Pleasant and helpful staff, good breakfast, beautiful surroundings, beautiful views, a lot of flowers. Clean and tidy. One of the best hotels we visited during our 2 weeks trip to Italy. |

fabulous views , historic building , central but quiet location, clean and comfortable, helpful staff, good breakfast lots of stairs - but we were warned of this and it added to the character |

Very clse to the Basilica. No elevator If clientele are traveling from the train station via bus, they should be made aware of the fact that it is a considerable uphill climb from the bus stop to the hotel. |

Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmerfesnster des Hotels Keine Klimaanlage (Aussentemperatur: >30 Grad!). Der Kühlschrank/Minibar war defekt und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert. Das Frühstück war quantitativ und qualitativ miserabel. Der Fernseher während des Frühstücks nahm die ganze Aufmerksamkeit der Bedienung in Anspruch. Der Strassenlärm (Schlafen bei offenem Fenster wegen der fehlenden Klimaanlage) war sehr störend. Womit verdient ein solches Hotel seine drei Sterne? |

L'ancienne demeure transformée en hôtel : un dédale pittoresque. La salle du petit déjeuner, étroite avec télévision imposée, une serveuse peu obligeante. La qualité du petit déjeuner laisse aussi à désirer.Il est difficile d'accéder à l'hôtel et de garer sa voiture. |

La posizione centrale e la vista dalla camera Scarsa illuminazione elettrica della camera e del bagno. Bagno piccolo con ventola di estrazione rumorosa e non autonomamente disattivabile. Per raggiungere la camera scelta, una di quelle con vista, si è costretti ad usare una scala esterna scoperta. Letto non confortevole |
