I did't like everything . We feel like we are been swindled. The reception is hide inside a apartment which is very hard to be found. And the hotel is very far from the reception , they brought us with a mini-van. The room was in a very old apartment not even a sign. The area is unsafe, there is no receptionist anymore, we have to figure out everything by ourselves , the room is very tiny ,bed is very dirty.We got itch after using the sheet. You can hear everything going on accross the whole flour. All most impossibale to take shower the bath is too small to take the shower. It 's not a hotel at all, even worse than some hostel!!!! The hotel left me a bad point in my Roma trip. I won't recommend it to any one.

I liked the people that work there. They were really nice. The room was big.

I didn't like one day the hot water was missing and only 10pm someone showed up to fix it. And the room is quite old.

This hotel was awful! The blankets had stains on them, the sheets had holes, and the bathroom smelt of the most disgusting smell, we thought we would be able to air it out as we were so exhausted when we arrived we didn't feel like going back to reception (which was in a different building to our room) and the smell didn't go away and was putrid, to the point we only had one shower whilst staying there as we felt dirtier after showering! The bathroom also had alot of mould and peeling paint and the tiles were coming away and brown. Budget-friendly is one thing, but the room we stayed in at this hotel was a nightmare!

Hotel is near the city centre. Good price relative to others.

It was cold in the room. I wanted another blanked (blankets was very thin), but it never came to me :-)

This is a nice and cozy hotel with a really friendly staff. Location is quite central -- Piazza La Republica is within 10 minutes walking.

The toilet did not work in the en-suite room I booked. I was then moved to a room that had NO hot water in the morning for a shower. I was offered to shower in the common waiting area but surely the whole point of booking an en-suite room is to have some privacy, otherwise I would have stayed in a hostel and saved some money. The rooms are amongst residential flats. It was difficult to tell if the screaming child that kept me up all night was a guest or permanent tenant. I stayed in three different rooms, all very noisey. Do not book this hotel if you want to sleep at night or expect basic modern conveniences. Of all my travels this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had!

Hotel papavero was great. The location, crew, everything was so nice. We felt like staying at home for one night. It was the cleanest hotel room that I have ever stayed. Room was very nice for couples for such a price. 10 minutes to walk from Rome Termini station. Absolutely reccomend it.

There is not any negative comment.

Hairs found on the duvet, pillows and in the bed. Some of the towels were stained. The shower only had two settings: hot / cold.

The location of our stay was changed, but nobody cared to let us know. It would have been enough to inform us about it before our arrival. Trully unkind. Even no apology.

Overall the hotel was really good, location is perfect, staff quite friendly (especially the receptionist). Def would stay there again and have recommended it to friends.

We had a problem with hot water one evening, which was quite unpleasant. We had to then wait half hour to have a shower. I think it depends on the time you have your shower as there is a limited amount of water the place can handle. This issue would not put me off from staying there again though. The duvet was a little dirty but we asked for it to be changed and they did, so that was OK too.

First of all the staff was probably the most friendliest I have seen. I have stayed at other hotels/motels on different travels but to be honest none of them have been as friendly and helpful. They gave us the best information about places in the city and how to get there. Also it is very good comparing the price. To be honest when i booked it I didn't think it would be as good, as it was really cheap comparing to other places in the city. However when I got there I noticed it was clean and all the rooms had plenty of space. There is staff there 24 hours so ıf there is anything needed they are always happy to help. The location is very good as there are buses and the underground metro going everywhere. One other very good point is the internet. It was probably one of the fastest wifi's I've seen at a hotel or motel. We all loved the city and will be going back again sometime and it won't be hard to decide where we stay next time.

To be honestly I can't think of anything. All the usual negative sides at hotels (internet, hot water, noise, location, staff etc.) were all perfectly fine, so there is not even a single negative side I can personally think of.

Heating very weak. Enough blankets to sleep warm but coldish room to stay comfortably uncovered.
