The hotel was noisy and the room was very small for three people. Also, the bed was too soft.
The hotel provided us with microwave oven, fridge, fork and spoon. Whatever we asked they just gave us. The location is just a few minutes walk towards the termini, and it has a really cheap supermarket nearby. The reception opens 24 hours. We had a great trip. Thank you!
It was a little bit noisy at night because our room faced the street. The space was a bit cramped and a strange noise kept humming regularly the first two nights that I could barely sleep. Luckily we had a fan in our room so I turned it on to drown the noise.没有空调，临街的房间晚上有点吵，关窗后又不通风，必须把厕所的排气扇和风扇一起打开对流，但是排气扇打开- 厕所灯就会打开，加上晚上有奇怪的噪音，因此睡得不安稳。
Person on reception was informative about the city
We arrived and were assigned a room across town. When we arrived the room was appalling. Holes in ceiling, wires dangling from roof. An air conditions pipe sticking up from floor and had a plant pot put round it. Electric light switch in bathroom with no facia, Wardrobe hinges not attached. Dirty bed linen , dirty walls, flickering lights. I have photos of it all. They eventually transferred us to another room which was cleaner but half of lights didn't work, edge of bed had worn and had sharp edges. If we were staying longer than a few nights I would have spent time and moved hotels. We just slept there and got out as fast as possible.
Excellent place. Location for those needed to be near Termini station is perfect.
Slightly smaller room for the family of four.
Best location, few minutes from Termini station
I dont want to call this place a hotel..
As it is a one star hotel we were a bit nervous and not quite sure what we had booked. It turned out, however, to be a great stay. We really liked the fact that our room had a view out into a charming shabby back area and that the hotel what seemed like an apartement building, which we thought was very authentic. The rooms are fine - clean and roomy enough. So if you are looking for a cheap stay and don't expect too much this is the place for you.
The location is OK, but not great. You have to walk quite a while to get to for instance Pantheon. When we were going to the Vatican we simply had to take a taxi.
WiFi good. Location good
Room a bit basic but ok for the cost of room
Will be back.

Room on busy road!
The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Termini Station, with many nice restaurants in surrounding markets. Rooms are large, cool, comfortable bed. At about 2 km from the tourist attractions. Staff very nice, eager to explain. Price-excellent.
weak wifi, no elevator
The location is ok, near the Termini central station and there is a supermarket 50 m away.
The room (for 3 or 4 people) is very simple, the bath room is just basic
Decent location, good facilities, very helpful staff
The room was a bit cramped and there was no lift so we had to lug everything up the 3 flights of stairs
The price was cheap. Cleaning every day. Quite calm, although you could hear discussions from the other rooms.
The room turned out to be located at a different place than the reception and the address of the hotel. The room was in a crumbling old building on the southside of Termini in a not-so-nice neighborhood. The room also stank of old tobacco, and there was hot water in the shower only for 2 minutes per day. The internet was disconnecting quite frequently.
Bed, shower, wardrobe
15 minute walk from train station (from the airport and main Metro hub). Grocery store less than 5 minutes away. Great internet. Our room w/ a little balcony overlooked a quaint courtyard. Great for family of 4.
Everything was very clean, and staff was really helpuf and very nice! for the price and considering Rome, it was ok. The place was the best, 5 min to Termini and all the buses! Lots of nice restaurant around, nice coffee place for breakfast, even a great icecream place!! I Caruso in Via Collina, very recommended! i recommend this hotel for small budget and to be well atended.
there was no air conditionning, but they gave us a fan. rooms are missing a bit of confort, but that was ok for the price.
Friendly staff and nice clean room. Very good location, 5 minutes walk to the train station Termini.
The only downside is the noise from outside, but it would not withhold me from booking this hotel again!
Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy. Room service each day was very efficient and appreciated.
The toilets were difficult to flush and there were plumbing problems that required middle-of-the-night work orders. The lock on one of the outer doors broke, and it was taped over during one night before it could be fixed. Security was very minimal for the doors on the outer layer of the building.
It's very close to Tremini station from where you cand take the bus to the aiport, metro or bus to any direction. The staff is very nice. The room is simple, but nice and clean.
The bathroom is kind of in the room, but it is separated by 2 walls and a door.
very friendly and helpful staff made our stay very comfortable. great location and would recommend to anyone
as an Irish man we are used to a more substantial breakfast other than that i would recommend to anyone
Location - close to Termini station and walking distance to everything else. The reception and the room were not in the same building. The room was in an apartment building near by. This gave us some feeling of freedom. The room was large, high ceiling, clean, nice bathroom, good Wi-Fi. Double windows, so once closed there was no noise from outside. The staff we met only at check in and check out - both times they were friendly and helpful.
We had a great stay, there was nothing negative.
Everything was perfect! Receptionist was very nice and kind, we got all information we needed. Room was always clean. The place of the hotel was also very good. In my opinion very good neighbourhood without homless people, what is quite often in Rome :) in general everything was perfect!
A bit thin walls, so you can hear your neighbours very well :)) but we were lucky because our neighbours was not too much noisy. But it is the only bad thing. Everything else was simply amaizing!
