Very nice and helpful staff, great location, quiet room. I'm totlly satisfied
Everything, especially the location: five minutes from Termini and one can walk virtually everywhere. Staff are also terrific, especially Marianna.
The room was extremely clean Good location, friendly and helpful staff Comfortable beds
Lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, good enough location.
No cups in room, bathroom was accross the hall, no wifi in room had to go to lobby.
Close to termini station.
Cold room, noisy, it seems the room was a bathroom in the past. Just for one night stay...
Very close to the Termini Stazione and excellent eateries all around. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
Room could use a little ventilation.
The location is excellent, so close to Termini Station but in a pleasant, smart, and safe area. The area is multicultural, with lots of people from East Africa, Peru, Philippines, etc., which delights me, with interesting places to eat world food. The staff (especially Marianna) are just wonderful. This is the third time I stay at this hotel, and Marianna remembered me, which made me feel so special. I also like the fact that the hotel is very private, the reception being separate from the rooms. The building is really nice, with character. The wi-fi worked to perfection in the room.
This time I was allocated a modern room, and the walls were pretty scuffed, which wasn't so pleasant, although the place was extremely clean otherwise. I missed a table or desk of some description, as I needed to do some writing. I feel the room was a bit overpriced considering the looks, but I just like this hotel all in all, so I plan to keep coming.
Good location, friendly and helpful staff
Price is reasonable.
Beds are uncomfortable
Location, wi-fi connection
Missing breakfast. In a case of business trip one must be prepared that will be not able to regain the all fee paid. The hotel staff has difficulties with issuing separate Invoices for a couple rooms booked at once, and you need to struggle a lot to get separate Invoices for each room. Unfortunately you are not able to convince anybody that a city tax should also be included into the bill, so be prepared to cover this with your own resources.
The staff was nice and the room was 2mins from the termini. Wifi was fast
We were transfered to a room located in an old residential building which doesn't seems a proper place for hotel's room and it doesn't have an reception and safety facilities. The room was acceptably clean but there are strange pipes sticking out from the walls and floor.
Close-ish to a metro stop and main train station, very clean and staff very welcoming and nice. Fairly big bathroom for a hotel
Toilet seat cracked, no fridge in room was disappointing.
Wifi was ok, keys are handed in the check in and after then you just take care of them. The hotel is really close to the Termini station. We didn't use any public transportation for the center either. If you like to walk (1 hour from Trastevere) it would be no problem.
The room was quite noisy during the night.
+ Clean + Close to central station
- Room was very small with 4 beds. - Bathroom was useable just for 1 person!! How? Flash would not work if you would use it right after first use. you had to wait at least 5 minutes to be able to press it again! It was awful. - The street which our room had a window towards was very noisy at midnight. couldn't sleep at all first night. There were some stores in front that they had some loading stuff during 2-4 A.M. So annoying. - They asked us extra money for air condition!!!! So either you had to leave window open, that you couldn't sleep because of the noise or pay to take the air conditioner remote.
Small rooms, noizy road outside, not clean enough
The hotel was noisy and the room was very small for three people. Also, the bed was too soft.
The hotel provided us with microwave oven, fridge, fork and spoon. Whatever we asked they just gave us. The location is just a few minutes walk towards the termini, and it has a really cheap supermarket nearby. The reception opens 24 hours. We had a great trip. Thank you!
It was a little bit noisy at night because our room faced the street. The space was a bit cramped and a strange noise kept humming regularly the first two nights that I could barely sleep. Luckily we had a fan in our room so I turned it on to drown the noise.没有空调，临街的房间晚上有点吵，关窗后又不通风，必须把厕所的排气扇和风扇一起打开对流，但是排气扇打开- 厕所灯就会打开，加上晚上有奇怪的噪音，因此睡得不安稳。
Person on reception was informative about the city
We arrived and were assigned a room across town. When we arrived the room was appalling. Holes in ceiling, wires dangling from roof. An air conditions pipe sticking up from floor and had a plant pot put round it. Electric light switch in bathroom with no facia, Wardrobe hinges not attached. Dirty bed linen , dirty walls, flickering lights. I have photos of it all. They eventually transferred us to another room which was cleaner but half of lights didn't work, edge of bed had worn and had sharp edges. If we were staying longer than a few nights I would have spent time and moved hotels. We just slept there and got out as fast as possible.
Excellent place. Location for those needed to be near Termini station is perfect.
Slightly smaller room for the family of four.
Best location, few minutes from Termini station
I dont want to call this place a hotel..
As it is a one star hotel we were a bit nervous and not quite sure what we had booked. It turned out, however, to be a great stay. We really liked the fact that our room had a view out into a charming shabby back area and that the hotel what seemed like an apartement building, which we thought was very authentic. The rooms are fine - clean and roomy enough. So if you are looking for a cheap stay and don't expect too much this is the place for you.
The location is OK, but not great. You have to walk quite a while to get to for instance Pantheon. When we were going to the Vatican we simply had to take a taxi.
WiFi good. Location good
Room a bit basic but ok for the cost of room
Will be back.
