Peaceful and quiet room and most of all the willingness to help shown by the ladies at reception who do their best to ensure one's comfort.

This 'hotel' reception area was in one street , the 'hotel' was in another , around the corner. You go through huge door, then another gate which leads to a lift ( belongs in a museum ) on the third floor you get to another door ( another key provided ) then into a foyer where our room was. Here we used the fourth key that was provided. Please let me stress that everything was spotlessly clean. Not recommended for matured couples.
room/bed linen and bathroom all very clean
April 10, 2015
The room was very small, but clean.
The location is good and is a 15 walk to the main train station. The staff is friendly. The restaurants and cafes near the hotel are very good and reasonably priced.
April 9, 2015
The hotel is near the metro station "Republica" (a ten-minute walk) and not near "Termini" No air condition so we were a little cold at night (we went on April)
Very clean room , we had a room for four bed room and it was quite comfortable Hot water all day At night no noise from the street Quite safe area

Nothing bad really.. Only thing was the TV didn't work but we didn't ask for them to fix it as we wouldn't have watched in anyway, they probably would have fixed it if we had asked.
Free wifi was perfect and worked all throughout the room, there was a lot of keys for the doors but that wasn't too bad. Beds were comfy and we had 4 beds in our room even though there were only 2 of us! Staff were lovely! Perfect location very easy to get to from anywhere in Rome. Bathroom fine and very clean, nice big windows, very secure!
February 26, 2015
Only one small disadvantage - there was no cover for quilt.
We really liked this hotel - it was in good location (5 mins from Termini Station, 15 mins to Coloseo and same to Spagna), room was clean. Wifi was working just fine. Room has been cleaned every day. There was no problem at all. Good price for that standard.
February 23, 2015
The heater is controlled by the hotel and only switch on after 7 pm. Not a good service during winter. Wifi is only available at the reception and which is located via a different entrance and building. Very incovenience. TV is located high on the wall and very small screen. No hot water kettle or drinks provided.
The location is ok and within walking distancce to the central rail and bus station.

You need to walk a bit to get to nearest metro.
The room and bathroom were clean and sufficient in size. Quiet neighborhood with many restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was helpful.

Great location in rome center. Helpfull staff, not noisy environment. Room and beds were clean. It is not luxury hotel but for such a price as we paid - good choice for students and other young people.

This is for Room 16. Less serious issues: Free wifi didn't work in room. We booked a room for 4 adults, which has a double decker bed, and a double (queen?) size bed. The double decker bed does not have a ladder, so you will need to step on a chair/table to get to the top. Told staff about this and it's clear that he knew this was a problem, but just shrugged it off and said something along the lines of "that's how it is". The 'big' bed was a bit weird too - it's just two single bed joined together, hence there was a 'cavity' in the middle. Even less serious issues but worth noting: Noise insulation wasn't great. Locks in toilet weren't working. Shower head holder wasn't working (too loose) - we just left it on the floor. The bigger issue was heating. We stayed during the winter season (we were in Rome for New Years). On the first day, I was told that (central) heating will only be turned on from 7 PM onwards until the next morning - sounded bizzare as we paid to stay in the property, but still they were not willing to turn heating on 24/7, but since we won't be in during the day, I just shrugged it off. However, night came and the room was actually freezing. Told staff at 9PM ish and he said that it will take time for the room to heat up and told me not to worry. I took his words and went back to the room, but turned out it wasn't the case. We just endured and put on extra layers of clothes that night. The next morning, I complained to the staff (female, who was nice), and she immediately handed me the remote control for the air cond in the room, and we have it switched on to the max temp (30 degrees). However, when we came back that evening, the control was taken away and another guy came in later with the remote to ask if the room temperature was okay, we said yes, and he either switched it off or lowered the temperature, which I didn't notice, and went off.
Good location, about 10 mins walk from the Rome Termini station, and 30 mins walk from the Colosseum, which was ideal for us as we went for countdown festivities. The room that we got was actual 2 doors down the reception (another building).
