Book a room with lake-view, it's worth every penny.. The owners (a familly) are very helpfull. Breakfast is not the richest and the room was a bit cold.I suppose it all happened because it was the last week of the season. |

The view is worth any shortfall the hotel may have. The staff were excellent, and very friendly. The decor and bedding were old. The rooms we stayed in were at the end below the garden, and the corridor and bathdroom smells from damp comming through the retaining wall. A bit of a shame because the view is so good.I would pay more if it was well designed. |

Excellent value, amazing views from around the property and many of hotel rooms. It is a fair distance from the village center (bars restaurants etc) ... the management offers a shuttle to and from the hotel - definitely take advantage of it. |

The location and the panoramic view were spectacular. Having breakfast on the terrace was wonderful. The owner was knowlegable and helpful The room was tiny and crowded. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The layout of the room was unpleasant. No enclosure for the sink area. The toilette and sink area were stuck in a closet sized space. No small refrigerator. The paint was peeling off the ceiling. No side tables . Glaring lighting. Not a good value for the money. |

The hotel is relatively high above Lake Como south of Bellagio on the crest of the peninsula and has wonderful views of the surrounding Lake. We had a large room with postcard views. It is definitely outside of town. It was a little hard to find at first (even confusing our GPS), but once we figured out the correct road from Bellagio, it wasn't a problem. Breakfast is a little skimpy compared to a lot of hotels, but actually fits the classic "continental" model and is adequate. |

Staff were good, location is not that isolated but over the hills, fresh air, quiet area. if you use the navigator, it will take you in the first time to a road with T (dead end) never take it, leave the second also but take the third from the navigator which is the biggest jungtion with a lot of sign boards. in that area you need to buy in advanced anything you need after 7pm, all closed except the resturants. no lunch in all the area after 2pm |

The view was awesome and staff helpful. However, the room and breakfast were poor quality compared to similar priced elsewhere. Also, if you have no transport forget it! The last hotel shuttle leaves the town before the restaurants start to serve dinner and taxis are not easy to find. |

The panorama is simply amazing. The bathtub was dirty, and the toilet wasn't extremely clean either. The whole room had an old dusty smell and rusty feeling. Despite all these, we payed the same price for a 4-star beautiful hotel in the center of Venice. |

The staff were very helpful, the view was stunning and they offered a car service from the town centre to the hotel because it was quite a distance. However it would have been better to have known about this service before arrival. |

Nice staff. Very clean. Beautiful views. Very helpful staff. Close to town, but quiet. Breakfast selection was very poor. Real coffee, real juice, bread that was not stale, more selection would be nice. Not that it mattered to us, but, the tv was miniscule. The shower in the room was a little weird - no curtain, so water sprayed all over the floor, sink, commode, .... requiring some care in bathing and cleanup later. |

Beautiful view. Quiet atmosphere. Well located just outside from the city center but closed by car or even by feet. Very hepful staff The hotel staff recommended us a restaurant and arranged a car pick up and drop with other hotel guests which was nice but the restaurant was very disappointing. Very average breakfast. |

Great view from the hotel of Lake Como. Were promised lake view rooms - had to go out on the porch and look to the side for a view. Also, the beds were very hard. |
