The location is PERFECT!Everything in 5-10 minute walk!Outside hotel there is a bus station for Vatican!

There was a smell of humidity in the room and humidity in the walls! In bathroom there is no heat at all! The breakfast was poor! Only Bread, butter, nutella, croissant, yogurt and juice! No cheese, ham or something like this.

I find that the best test of a hotel is the second visit. Mine confirmed the extremely positive experience I had here earlier this year. The staff are as friendly and welcoming as ever and the new room was equally as charming. If you want to visit Rome ans enjoy its style then go no further than this lettle gem of a residence

+ location + authentic room decoration + authentic lift (you will love it) + balcony + no noise from streets + wifi + safe + 2 air conditioners

    - hotel is somewhat difficult to find. - one of air conditioners was dripping water, so we had to turn it off. - breakfast is a tiny choice of croissants, corn flakes and coffee. You are going to get hungry very quick. - reception is not available 24/7.

The staff was very nice and the hotel is really well situated near a metro station and the center of the city. We were lucky enough to have a balcony, which was great.

A bit noisy in the morning because the rooms are all near the lobby. No english or french channel on TV.

The location was excellent!! Stay here for easy walking to all of the sites and the metro station at the Spanish Steps and Barberini. We had a little balcony which was lovely and a perfect place to eat breakfast. The staff were very helpful. The place and our room was kept quite clean. We had no problem with street noise or noise from guests.

The mattress was harder and lumpier than a rock. Very uncomfortable. The wifi in our room barely worked. We had to step into reception or on to our balcony. The breakfast was very light FYI - croissant, fruit, yoghurt, coffee, orange juice. A great croissant nevertheless. When you leave the room, the key card must be removed thereby turning off the electricity. This kept the room stuffy during the day. Not a big problem for us since we'd open the balcony doors upon our return.

    Hotel location is superior!

The hotel facilities are bad. There is not effective air conditioner in rooms (we had to use ventilator) There is no wardrobe, the isolation between rooms is bad and breakfast is quite poor.

The position is excellent. On the fourth floor of a substantial palazzio gives the hotel an authentic feel. The manager was very welcoming. The rooms were large, well appointed and the verandah was special for a private breakfast or evening drink. Fantastic value for money and an extremely charming way to enjoy the centre of Rome without the sense of bustle. An oasis of privacy after battling the tourist hoards

The entrance is a little confusing.

great location, kind and helpful stuff, solid breakfast, clean, changed towels every day.

sound of central air-condition in the room, bathroom needs a bit of renovation.
