the location is very good, also the reception and breakfast room is very welcoming! Bar Giardino was closed, and also the pool at the roof terrace! |

This hotel is recommended. The location is great and the garden is very nice. The breakfast could be improved. We ask for an advice regarding nearest beaches, and one of the staff recommended us on a specific beach and called for a pick up... we waited for 45 minutes for a van with which, finally, had no room for us. It was very dissapointing and the staff memebr didn't reach well to our compalin. |

Good location, facility, and clean room. Restaurant in this hotel provides delicious foods. We stayed a week in Taormina and it was best. |

Nos toco una habitación interna, creo que debe haber mejores, la ocupación del hotel era minima, no entiendo porque nos coloco en esa habitación. Tiene esta decisión algo que ver con haber contratado el hotel por booking??? |

Mycket centralt, rummen utan balkong prisvärda, ganska litet och personligt med bra bemötande. Fin terrass på taket. Frukosten kunde varit bättre på veckodagar. |

La situación del hotel en pleno centro, la amabilidad de sus empleados, el jardin de la entrada donde se puede desayunar y cenar, la piscina de la azotea. Aconsejamos cenar en el jardín. El hotel no tiene parking y la calle del hotel es peatonal. Se debería de indicar que tienen concertado un descuento con uno de los dos parkings grandes que tiene Taormina, porque es una locura, sus calles son estrechas y peatonales en su mayoría.Por lo demás nos ha encantado. |

Hotel très sympathique, très bien équipé et très bien situé (dans le centre historique de Taormine) Chambre et salle de bain vraiment petite et peu de choix pour le petit déjeuner de plus le pain était du pain congelé ! |

La ubicación en el centro de Taormina, así como el jardincito a la entrada del hotel donde sirve de comedor muy agradable La higiene de la ducha dejaba bastante que desear, al igual que en área de la azotea donde está la piscina. También se organizan cenas con música en la zona del jardín y de la piscina un par de días a la semana, lo que implica una considerable cantidad de ruido que es realmente molesto si uno se quiere irse a descansar pronto -si no es así, ni te enteras. |

Die Mitarbeiter sind auf Massentourismus eingestellt, die Freundlichkeit ist dieser Situation angemessen. Leider gab es kaum hilfreiche Hinweise zu den wenigen Parkmöglichkeiten in Taormina, die aber unbedingt (eigentlich schon vor der Anreise) notwendig wären. Das Frühstücksangebot entspricht nicht der Sternekategorie des Hotels. |
