Poor Internet Signal.
Lack of Staff at Breakfast.
This Hotel is in the center of Corso Umberto in the center of Taormina, which is great for access to the town center, shops and restaurants, but really bad if you brought your car like we did - the parking is a mile walk away and difficult to find - it also costs €17 per day, so you will need to factor this in. The hotel is very modern and the room was large and very comfortable. The only downside was that in our room the internet would not work at all, we brought this to the attention of the receptionist and she tried to re-set it, but it still did not work - however we were travelling with other family members who were in a different room and it worked for them. The walls in between each room was very thin and you could hear everything. Breakfast was nice - good choice of food and cakes - but there was one poor girl trying to manage by herself to clear up and put out more food etc - and that meant that on both mornings there were no knives and forks, cups etc on the table. Overall not a bad place to stay, with a few improvements, it could be brilliant.
