Das Hotel ist kostengünstig, das ist auch der einzige Pluspunkt.

Das Hotel ist sehr laut. Ich habe kaum ein Auge zumachen können. Durch den Preis wird es vorallem von Jugendlichen genutzt und so ist auch dann die Nachtruhe.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ziemlich gut, das Zimmer war sauber - die Größe war absolut ausreichend.

Die netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Der schöne Garten und die Terrasse zum Relaxen waren sehr angenehm.

It's not close to the centre city. Sometimes you wait the bus many minutes, above all in the evening

Room appears to be clean, there is a lift, kind staff and quite enough breakfast (a mix between italian and international, because there was also cooked ham, which we usually don't eat in Italy). The bed was enough comfortable. One of the biggest advantage of this hotel respect to the others is the special fare for single visitors (35 euros breakfast included). It's not always easy to find a nice hotel at this price in Rome.

This place takes advantage of its position close to Cattolica university and Gemelli hospital. This is the real target audience. For the rest of people it doesn't worth to come here cause it's absolutely outside the centre of Rome and hard to reach. Moreover the infrastructure is quite old (pay attention, old doesn't mean dirty. This place is clean), and while most of you wouldn't care (like I did), just because sometimes "old" means "simple", and simplicity is one of the best things of life which I appreaciated in this hotel, for other people it would be harder to pass over the fact that the doors and windows are not soundproof (lot of noise) and that the door locking system relies on a simple old key mechanism (more risk of thefts in the room). Not only, every balcony interconnects more than a room togheter so that, potentially, a stranger could easily access your room through the window. In conclusion, this is an old style hotel which still rely on the good old times where people were more "good mannered" and less inclined to make strong noises,and where you could sleep with your house door opened because there was no trace of thieves around the corner. Today we live in a different and more rude and dangerous world and taking this point not seriously into consideration, I can't recommend this hotel to anyone, except to those who need a convenient place to easily get to the Gemelli hospital, or to the university Cattolica, and especially to those who come alone in these 2 places, thanks to the special fare offered for a single room

The service we received from the front desk was very good. The place is simple but for the price it was worth it. If u are on a budget holiday then this is the place for you. The busses are a 5 minute walk away and the station is another 15 minutes away.

It was a fair bit outside the city centre but was not bad at all.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is good, it is not close to the center, bur it is well related to it by the bus and metro. Breakfast is decent. The hotel has good parking space in its yard and it is protected by the gate.

The hotel was very noisy inside even after midnight and has very noisy doors.

The hotel is set in very nice grounds but just a short walk from a small shopping area.

At breakfast there was a distinct ant problem. The food was individually wrapped so the ants couldn't get to it but they were crawling al over the table.

Helpfull staff, near bus station which has good connections to the Metro station Batistinna, good breakfast, parking inside the walls.

Some extra signs would be good... Just look for the double green door and you will find :)

Everything are nice and good except its location from metro station ,I thing they should offer clintets the bus map and its tickets to make it perfect stay.
