Score from 136 reviews Very good
friendly hotel staff good breakfast very clean (everyday new towels) very quiet place beautiful garden good connect to city center
no fridge and kettle room's design looks like in 70's or 80's
environment and location
some furnitures are dated, like dors and windows
room is big, nice, quiet, and clean. buses plus metro make it convenient to downtown Rome.
wifi doesn't work during my stay.
Location since it was close to Gemelli. Breakfast was perfect enough.
Internet was very poor, I could not access internet at first. Why do you have to give me a login name and passcode? For both of my phone and computer, I had to get 2 different login names and passcode. It took me a day to find that out.
I loved waking up in the morning to the sound of birds chirping and not to sounds of traffic or other city noises. Beautiful gardens. One reviewer stated you have to pay in cash. Not true. My friend an I both paid with credit card.
It was a bit outside of the city. Buses were infrequent and added hours of travel time to get into center Rome to see the sites. Taxis cost from euro 17 - 25 depending on time of day to get to St. Peter's/Vatican. Wifi, although "available" in the rooms was not stable or dependable. Even sitting within 1 meter of the router (near the main lobby) did not provide a fast dependable connection. Don't count on being able to use Wifi
THe staff was really nice.
Ii was a bit far from the center.
My reservation was for a bedroom with bathroom INSIDE, i receive a badroom with bathroom OUTSIDE.
There is always a bus (even at night) which can take you tp the hotel, nevertheless it can take a while to catch it. Considering the price - norm breakfast. Friendly staff.
Internet is a complete joke in the place. The room was not clean when we came.
Nice hotel. Staff is nice, you simply have to ask for info and they are helpful. Room was clean and very quiet. You will make 30-50 minutes to the main tourist attractions.
good value for money, friendly reception really nice garden parking!!
internet did not work a bit far from the city could not pay by credit card...
I like the room the place the staff, everything is excellent
They have a beautiful garden.
Reception was not helpfull. ıf you ask they answer otherwise they do not give any information while you are check in. bathrooms are so useless also beds are. Breakfast not as much as good.
It was real cheap and for the price a great choice.
That someone cleaned our room every day and put everything away so we couldn't find stuff.. Breakfast was not bad but not great either.
The price, free parking, friendly staff.
Rather noisy, poor breakfast, very slow Internet
verry nice and friendly staff, safe parking, but there is no AC, it was great in september but i'm not sure if it's possibel to sleap in warm days.
Helpful staff at reception, they tried as best they could to speak to us in English Away from the hustle and bustle of the very city centre Only one bus to battistini and the buses were regular so far e bought from the city but near enough by public transport.
Breakfast was basic The cleaners weren't very good at replacing necessary items in the bathroom
The hotel is certainly good value for money. It's clean, the staff is ok (although when I asked about recommendations of spaghetti places in the neighbourhood, I was told to find some in Rome center, which I wanted to avoid due to prices). It's a good option for people who just want a place to sleep and walk around Rome during the whole day - and are on a budget.
The location of the hotel is not convenient (if you don't have a car). You have to walk to the bus station (buses are a mystery in Rome), then go to the metro and only then, after about 20 minutes, you can reach Termini station. So to get to Rome center takes you about 35 minutes if you're lucky. There are trees just outside the terrace and on that trees reside annoying little creatures called Cicadas. They produce the most irritating noise you can think of. It is very loud and you feel as though someone is drilling a hole in your head with a jackhammer. Fortunately they stop after the sun is down. The beds are kind of uncomfortable and breakfasts are really poor: stale croissants, stale toast bread, stale ham, fruit and that's about it. It works for 2 days, but if you're staying longer, you get sick. The walls aren't really that thin, but sometimes you can hear parts of conversations. It doesn't bother that much, though.
no problem with parking on closed hotel courtyard
-no airconditioning -far from the city centre (10mins walk to the bus station, then transfer to metro)
