the staff the location
Staff Restaurante Biblioteca
Beautiful hotel/room, location and view. Service ambassadors are friendly and efficient.
Food was disappointing for breakfast and dinners. Lunch was ok, very limited selections offered in the only restaurant there. House keeping service was not up to par for a 5 star hotel. A spa service not on the menu was offered without explaining the pricing difference. Gym was mediocre and need to go through underground long walkway to get to.
Terrace Views Ambiance Food Live music when available Attentive staff
Repetitive ambient music Over priced menu
Staff was excellent & extremely helpful. The grounds of the hotel are simply beautiful. Pool area very relaxing in the Tuscan Hills after a long day of sight seeing.
Nothing was all great.
Great location, beautiful view, amazing park, huge bed, excelent design
Loved the location and the beautiful views.
The many mosquitos, but I can't blame the hotel for that!
A beautiful hotel with awesome service and a breathtaking view of florence. Will definitely visit again.
Beautiful, peaceful location. Staff are very friendly.
No irons in rooms (due to Italian laws), but then they charge EUR22 to iron a shirt and trousers.
Villa - beautiful Dinner in restaurant Therapist in Spa
Distance to pool Poolside not well maintained - weeds/grass growing among plants - definitely not up to 5 star status Advertise spa with steam room/hamman - actually only in a shower cubicle that can only be used as part of a spa treatment - misleading Room only cleaned late in the day
Wi-Fi and in house movie selection
if you need a retreat away from the city this is it everything is there. on occasion i did go into the city but the hotel has such large grounds that you could walk around. If relaxation is needed this place accommodates that Very well. would highly recommend.
Amazing hotel with a beautiful and peaceful location. Appreciated that the hotel had a shuttle bus service to downtown Florence.
The food in the restaurant was mostly very good, but they managed to screw something up at EVERY meal. Our friend ordered some sort of meat, but got tuna. The waiter insisted that it was meat! Similar incidents at all meals, which is not acceptable at a 5 stars hotel.
we stayed at Afresco Suite and it was a wonderful experince!!! This is more than a suite, it's like to be in a renascence palace with moderns pieces !!Amazing !!!!!
the restaurant. The breakfast is perfect, but for dinner you have few choises, and they aren't so good
This hotel is all about luxury. The place is beautiful and the staff can not do enough to help you. Absolute perfection .
Couldn't stay for longer.
perfect good to stay
a bit expensive
the spacious room
too small for a suite with no separate living room at all no front dest/reception the view is not as pictured at all
The attention to detail, the personal service, and the luxury amenities that the property provides. Their massasage and spa service was excellent for both me and my wife
We went to Il Salviatino for our honeymoon in late April. The villa is very beautiful with amazing facilities and comfort. The staff were very kind and helpful too. We had an amazing time and we are looking forward to our next visit already.
- Service! Best service in Italy! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff - Location and the villa
The location, the staff and the building were fantastic. The pool and terrace of this hotel are as beautiful and luxurious as any i've been to in europe. REALLY spectacular.
The food was overpriced and, coming from london was not worth the extremely high price tag. The internet was very slow and the in room entrainment system - which looked great ( embedded in a huge mirror) but was difficult to use and slow and frustrating. It also couldn't stream tv programs because the flash software needed updating.
It is a fabulous hotel with great staff. The rooms are beautiful and the grounds delightful. We had a wonderful stay.
Everything was exceptional! But the view on a breakfast, breathtaking )!
The staff were excellent, really took care of my wife and I. The breakfasts were the best I've ever had!!!
