Had a great stay in every way. Italy like home for a second :)
Large rooms and bathroom, clean and comfortable, good location ( we walked into town on many occasions), Bledi was helpful with info on Florence and booked a day tour for us. All in all a very enjoyable stay up with the best on our trip
Cleanliness, quality of sleep (big & comfortable bed), Bledi - our "host" - did everything in his power to make us feel at home!
The room was lovely. It was large and always clean. Helpful and informative staff who provided us with a map and lots of information on arrival, including the bus numbers we would need. Bus stops just outside the building.
Very clean room.. Staff was very helpful. They even carried our big luggage up!
A bit far from center. No convenience store within 5 minutes radius. You have to climb stairs so if you have big luggages its not advisable. Reception not 24 hours
Perfect Service from The Guy in The reception! Parking Garage in The Patio was Perfect
we were in firenze for four days and stayed at il terrazzino , it was really nice so clean ,and good wifi .They had cleaned our room everyday and it was the best thing in this hotel.the stuff is really nice but we couldn 't find him mostly and our phone was out of order becouse of the foreign country. the location is little bit difficult and we found it after long searching and asking everyone we could see.but if I go again in florence , ı would stay there again .
the hotel is little bit far from the center.
-Bledi is a great host -The room is very clean and tastefully furnished -The location is 15 min of walking from the Ponte Vecchio
-The charge for parking
Very nice staff.
I feel uncomfortable about the environment. It's not that clean.
We had a quad room for us and our two boys. It was very comfortable, with an air-conditioner for each room, and shared private bathroom. Our host, Bledi, was fantastic. He helped us carry our luggage during check-in and check-out, and provided much assistance via email while we traveled in and around the Florence area. We stayed three nights, seeing Florence, Pisa and a half-day beach trip to Viareggio.
Difficult to find the exact location to check in. Since this is a residence inside a larger private residence building, we had to ask neighboring business owners to help us find the place to ring the bell to get in the building. We recommend explaining this on your home page, and add photos of the front door, and the bell with your name for guests to press for entry. If you are driving, the very secure and private parking garage is great but treacherous to enter and exit due to blind curving ramp. Do Not try to exit the garage with any luggage or people in the vehicle, or your front-drive car will spin-out and slide back into the wall. One odd issue was mosquitoes. If you keep the windows open, you will invite an army of mosquitoes in to visit! The adjacent business must have a lot of standing water to breed these pests.
Great location, friendly staff, good WiFi, comfortable, nice cot for baby
Provided with shampoo not soap or lotion. Walk up stairs. Staff helped with luggage though.
Staff was excellent, very helpfull to answer any questions we had about the city in English, always available, well located and very clean. very nice and priced right for a family of 5.
Kitchennette no fully working (sink and electric burner no connected) but didn't need it.
Extremely friendly, clean and trustworthy
The bed could have been better.
kettle in room with sachets of coffee.
Location was good. Near to the centre of Florence. Bleddi was an excellent host and he provided us with great information and recommended the best restaurant we on our trip so far. The room was very clean and the bed comfy. We would definitely stay here again if we went back to Florence.
- It's close to a busstop - Friendly and helpful staff - our room was nice and clean - quiet in the night - Much value for the money - Free tea and Coffee in the room - Tv and a small fridge
Just outside city gate, easy acces to city centry. A 15 minute walk or a short bus ride. Very helpful owner.
From the outside you kind of wonder if you picked a good place. But by far it was the best place we have stayed in Florence. The room was AWESOME!!! Two bedroom one with a big wrought iron bed, flat screen TV, water kettle and mini fridge. Second room two twin beds and great bathroom. Very quiet, comfortable and the AC works great as does the WIFI. Its a 15 minute walk to the famous bridge and 20 min to the center of town but didn't seem like a bad walk at all. Great café a few doors down for Café and pastries in the morning.
Staff very easy going and helpful. Good location for city trip. Great coffee Petrarca next door.
A bit "eclectic" decor but very comfortable room
Nice decor, great location (easy walk to everything), very clean, quiet, staff great and perfect for family of four with two rooms!
Beds okay but could be better
good location and very nice and helpful staff
Bed was comfortable. Host was extremely helpful and friendly. Parking was a big plus. Bus stop very close, but do a little research on the bus routes. They were rather confusing. We really appreciated good air-conditioning as it was in the 90s when we were in Florence.
A little far from downtown, but we could walk to Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace easily. There weren't many groceries easily accessible.
Staff was very helpful. Quiet room!
