The room was simple but uncluttered with a comfortable bed and a fair view out over the lake. The staff were helpful, we arrived in a thunder storm after ten at night, the restaurant was empty and ready to close but we were served a good plate of pasta with a smile. Only niggle was the road outside- it looks like a minor lane along the lake but traffic uses it all night long and all windows look out over it. Also, don't expect a balcony wide enough to sit out on. The price wasn't cheap (in early August) but it was reasonable compared to the alternatives. Perfectly fine for a short stay.

Ottima posizione fronte lago e rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ha più di ciò che ci si aspetta da un hotel di 1 stella e lo staff è cortese e premuroso. Stanze grandi e recentemente ristrutturate. La colazione è adatta alle esigenze di chi ama dolce o salato ed è buona (stile bar) oltre che inclusa nel prezzo della camera. Poca insonorizzazione rispetto alla strada (la stanza è al primo piano fronte lungolago, con traffico transfrontaliero intenso dal mattino)

Schöne liegewiese am see sehr gutes nachbarrestaurant . essen war sehr fein Direkt an der strasse - viel zu laut zum schlafen mikriges morgenessen keine klimaanlage

L'intera struttura è affaccia sul lago, ed è diviso dalla riva semplicemente dalla strada. La camera ha un balcone proprio verso il lago molto comodo e fresco la sera.

Kleines hotel direkt an der via nationale, 11 zimmer , relativ laut da die zimmer nur ca.3m neben und 4m über der straße sich befinden ansonsten sehr sauber , zweckmäßig eingerichtet und nur 2min zum strand

Große saubere Zimmer, schöner Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore,große Kabinenduche mit Temperaturwähler, eigener Parkplatz kein Frühstück lt. Bestätigung Booking.com; erst bei Abreise haben wir erfahren, dass ein Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen war, extrem laute Strasse direkt vor der Haustür, Tag und Nacht mehr als gut zu hören trotz gechlossener Fenster und Läden; Ohrenstopfen werden empfohlen ! schlecht eingebaute Toilette, nur mit Akrobatik von größeren Personen zu benutzen; am Toilettenpapier wird gespart; öfter Probleme mit der Stromversorgung der Zimmer; extrem harte Betten, Bretterunterbau.. das Hotel eignet sich für 1 bis maximal 3 Übernachtungen... auf keinen Fall für einen längeren Urlaub ... Besitzerin spricht nur italienisch ...

The location regarding Lago Maggiore.....it was directly opposite our bedroom window and the lake is stunning. Unlike the other lakes, it is also not too busy. The road!! It is very noisy and busy most of the time....trucks, buses, motorbikes, mopeds etc. Such a shame as the view of the lake and access to it is perfect.
