The hotel was a stopover on our way to Civitavechia to board a cruise. We flew into Rome airport and it was simple to catch a train to Trastavere, where we would need to change for Civitavechia. The hotel is in walking distance of the station and there is a flight of stone steps up to Villa Rosa where we had to check in. Hotel 11 Villino is around the corner 70 meteres away. Both hotels are heritage style with pleasant outside sitting areas. Our room was quiet and adequate for our needs with nice en-suite facilities. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I stupidly forgot a breakfast was included. The staff were very helpful in giving us times and costs of the onward train.

Ther was no fridge in our room which was unfortunate as it was lovely weather and we could have sat in the garden with a cool drink. There was coffe/tea making facilities but no milk.
