This is a really lovely small hotel. The staff were very friendly and the gardens were pleasant. We received a bottle of wine as a leaving present, and the staff went out of their way to help me when I left some items behind. These were put in the post without delay and arrived safe and sound.

Old Italian villa, excellent design. Quiet and peaceful place. Notice. Entry by car on the historic street where the hotel is located, is limited. You can drive there, but to inform the number of his car.

Some of the most helpful and friendly staff we have encountered on our extensive travels through Europe. Gardens and hotel very charming and nicely set out, good ambiance. Good parking and very close to village centre for restaurants and shops. Our second stay, and would stay again.

Although we had the (allegedly) largest room it was still a little cramped. The ensuite bathroom was in need of updating, the fittings (washbasin and bath) are cracked and the paintwork needs attention. The shower has been leaking in the past and the stain has not been attended to. Wifi just works but was not very strong.
