The best thing about the Borgo di Villa Castelli Country hotel was the staff. They made you feel part of the family, they greeted you with a genuine warm welcome and took pride in their commitment to looking after thier guests. The hotel was also very quiet and relaxing where you could take a break from the cities but were still within easy reach of Florence (we took the option of the train) and did a day trip to Pisa.

The surroundings were beautiful. Our air conditioning did not cool the room, but the staff delivered a large fan to us which took care of the issue. The shower was extremely small. We stayed in one of the rooms not connected to the main building. Everything else very nice.

The staff at the hotel are all excellent and enjoy making your stay a good one.The rooms are very comfortable with plenty of space and the breakfasts are superb. The Hotel is out of town and if you have no car you need to wait for the unreliable bus service.Eating out can therefore be problematic.

Helpful staff. Room comfortable and spacious. Free coffee and the in the room. Driving instructions to reach the hotel (from the hotel site) are very accurate, otherwise you will get lost in your way from the motorway to the hotel. Reception closes at 8.00 pm and you are left on your own; your room door is the only protection from the outside.

It was very romantic. It's on a winery and there was space to take walks on their property. The staff was very very nice and helpful. Can't say enough about the staff. We really liked them. The villa we stayed in was very charming. There is a conference center and restaurant on the property also. The restaurant was very nice.

Un hotel con mucho encanto, las habitaciones para 4 estaban muy bien para familias. El personal una autentica maravilla y tienen un restaurante muy bueno en entrade de la villa Castelletti (el hotel es un edificio debajo de la villa). Lo único malo es que con el tráfico tardabas más de media hora en llegar a Florencia...

Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Sogar Deutschkenntnisse und gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Mit dem Zug ist man in 15 Minuten in Florenz. Fahrplan erhält man unaufge-fordert von den Mitarbeitern. Mit dem Auto benötigt man vom Hotel 5 Min. zum Bahnhof. Kostenloses Parken möglich. Einfache Fahrt Euro 2,30 p.P. Deutschsprachiger Automat. Mit dem Auto nach Florenz absolut abzuraten. Das Frühstück ist für diesen Preis nur befriedigend. Zu geringe Auswahl an Broten (kleine Tiefkühlbrötchen und Toast), kein Müsli (heutzutage Standard), 2 Säfte aus der Maschine. Viel Kuchen und Gebäck für diejenigen die das am Morgen mögen. Gekochte Eier kalt und sehr hart. Nicht jeden Tag Rührei, obwohl Behälter vorhanden. Postiv jedoch der Kaffee und die frischen Früchte. Wer absolute Ruhe haben möchte, könnte jedoch von der vorbeigehenden Strasse gestört werden. Für so ein kleine Strasse viel PKW-Verkehr. Bei geschlossenem Fenster jedoch nicht störend.

- Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber!!!! - Das Personal war äußerst höflich. Der Herr an der Rezeption gab viele Insider-Tipps für unsere täglichen Sightseeingtouren. - Das Frühstück wurde sehr "liebevoll" zubereitet. Man fühlte sich einfach wohl! Eine kleine Bar oder ein Aufenthaltsraum im Haus für abends wäre noch eine Option gewesen.

Le stanze e Il borgo e molto carini Disponibilità e cortesia del personale. Collegamento ferroviario di Signa con Firenze centro (in 15 min!). Ristorante nel borgo. Silenziosita del sistema di riscaldamento, che pero in inverno si può spegnere durante la notte.

Al Borgo, l'accoglienza è calorosa ma non affettata, le camere, ampissime, sono calde e accoglienti, il contesto, anche nel corso di un viaggio di lavoro, consente di rilassarsi e concentrarsi. Ci tornerò sicuramente ed ho segnalato il resort alla responsabile eventi della mia azienda.

Accueil très chaleureux,courtoisie,amabilité,conseils précieux,mise à disposition de cartes pour visites ,mise à disposition de billets de train de bus, le premier jour la propriétaire nous a conduits à la gare afin de nous faire repérer l'itinéraire, nous avons apprécié. L'hotel situé dans la campagne dans un cadre verdoyant, près d'une rivière , de beaux arbres, bien entretenu, tout comme la suite.. En ce qui concerne le petit dèjeuner "excellent" , Séjour de sérénité. Hotel à recommander. .
