The location is very good. It's near the central station and not far from the old town.

The room is too small and bathroom outside is not so nice. I must take the key to open the bathroom everytime.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great as far as proximity to everything including atm, supermarket, and great local restaurant. They had washing facilities that was great after a week of traveling. Free coffee was great in the morning.

There is no elevator so the three flights of stairs was tough with lots of luggage. The hallway and stairs smelled musty.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It’s in a great location, there is a kitchen, with a stove and fridge and plenty of cooking utensils, free WiFi, a ceiling fan, which we especially liked, and Francesco, the manager was friendly and helpful. He gave us a map and advised us how to get to the sights. There is a good morning market nearby, which does not close until 2 P.M., so we were able to cook some meals, a welcome break from restaurants. Bathroom was shared - but right next door to our room and we never had any problem accessing it. Highly recommended.

Up three flights of stairs without a lift (but it's worth the climb).

Good location and facilities. Clean throughout. The centre of the city is about 5 minutes' walk away. The facilites include a washing machine and free internet.

The only bad point was the bed, which was not at all comfortable.

we was guided to another hotel(I forget its name) which is very near II Ghiro. We love its location as it near the Central market and we love to go to the market every morning. There're so many booths around the market, to sell souvenir and leather products.

The room is too small. Our room don't have any view and on the dark side. But we see they have south-facing room.

La vicinanza al centro storico di Firenze è la prima cosa che viene in mente appena si vede il B&B, ma anche la cordialità del personale non è da meno. Consigliato!

A due passi dalla stazione di S.Maria Novella in una via silenziosa e tranquilla c'è questo b&b dalle stanze colorate a tema. Stanza pulitissima e spaziosa, bagno altrettanto spazioso, accoglienza del personale premurosa anche nel consigliare la prova di specialità locali, vicinissimo a tutte le bellezze artistiche della città e ai locali notturni. Spettacolare nella sua semplicità.

Le camere non sono molto grandi, rimangono essenziali nell'arredamento ma sono pulite e perfettamente funzionali ad una visita della città (a 1 minuto dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e in pieno centro città). Altro aspetto positivo è la presenza della rete wifi libera in tutto l'albergo. Infine è presente anche una cucina comune dove poter preparare colazione, pranzi e cene. Il personale è molto disponibile a venirti incontro per ogni evenienza di orario all'arrivo e puoi lasciare tranquillamente le borse nella hall il giorno della partenza in modo da visitare ancora la città.

这是一个温馨的家庭式旅店。老板人很好，非常热情，会替我们搬行李，会介绍周围的景点还有超市，厨房设施也- 都一应俱全，对于中国人来说非常重要，吃腻了西餐的话，可以买了菜做顿中餐解馋。房间很干净很整洁。
