the house is very clean and cozy, and the room is very beautiful, make us feel at home!! especially the host is very friendly and warm, really thanks to his hospitality and welcome, our stay in florence became one of the beautiful memories :DD if next time we went there, we'll definitely choose this hotel!

Excellent, friendly staff welcome and help! They made you feel at home. Apartment is a gem! We stayed in a small room equipped with a desk, and TV, a fan with cross ventilation which kept our room cool. Very quiet and peaceful. There is a sweet cleaning lady that comes each day, so the place is always so immaculate! A nice little kitchen is available. And a self serve espresso in the morning was a delight! Location is perfect, walking distance to a neighborhood market as well as the Central Market, the train station, and museums. We would return to this place again!

Family feeling, staffs are very friendly. Everything there is managed well and systematically.

Maybe there is no lift is the only thing I feel a bit difficult especially for us who have many luggages.

The location is really good, and the owner is helpful.

The room is a little bit small and a little bit hot during my stay.

Unfortunately, we had our rental car glass broken in the night, but the owner was very very helpful in this situation, helped us find the police station, let us call the rental company for free and so on. The place itself is clean and cozy. The kitchen is useful if you want to save on restaurants.

The neighborhood has night clubs and is not very safe at night. Night club may be a problem if you're a light sleeper.

The staff are very friendly. My room is clean and comfy. The common kitchen is very well equipped so it's very easy to make your own meals. A supermarket is just 5 mins away. My husband and I enjoy the stay very much and would highly recommend it to anyone who want to have a budget and cozy stay in Florence.

My daughter/son in law own a lodge with bar and restaurant so I understand both sides of the issues and I have to say that I defy anyone to find a better more congenial/accomodating staff than the Il Ghiro Guest House. What great people. We stayed two differant times this trip and tried to extend our second stay to no avail. Book early, this quality is hard to get and the good ones fill up fast. Also, there's a great chinese restaraunt just around the corner towards the market.

Stairs to the second floor, no elevator but really, thats being picky i.e. no complaints.

The staff were amazing! They were kind and very helpful. There was no breakfast service, but it has a kitchen with plates, cups, coffee machine, coffee, sugar, etc., so we can prepare our breakfast or a meal in the afternoon. It also offers a computer with internet (which is good you don`t have a smartphone or need it for a specific task).

The location was close both to the train station and city center. From there, we could reach by foot numerous important locations, including shopping streets:). Roberto is a sweetheart, always ready to help and guide you.

The location is very good. It's near the central station and not far from the old town.

The room is too small and bathroom outside is not so nice. I must take the key to open the bathroom everytime.

Bon séjour à IL GHIRO. Bien localisé pour visiter Florence. La cuisine et salle de bains commune desservent peu de chambres donc pas d'encombrement aux heures de pointe... C'était notre première expérience dans ce type d'hébergement, nous avions un peu l'impression d'être en auberge de jeunesse mais le tout a été agréable.

J'ai vraiment apprécié cet hôtel, car elle dispose d'une connexion internet, d'une laveuse, d'un coin cuisine. Donc, il est possible d'apporter notre nourriture et de cuisiner nos repas. De plus, il y a un petit frigo disponible afin de ranger nos aliments. La chambre est nettoyée chaque jour. Nous avions pris la toilette commune, mais elle est uniquement utilisée par deux chambres. La toilette commune est propre, mais vous devez apporter vos propres produits (shampoing...) Ce qui est tout à fait normal! L'accueil est sympatique et nous avons eu un bon service durant notre séjour. (3 jours). Enfin, la localisation est très bien, car nous sommes dans une petite ruelle tranquille, mais très près d'une rue principale.Si je retourne à Florence, je vais certainement séjourner à nouveau dans cet hôtel! En espérant que ces commentaires vous auront convaincus d'aller séjouer dans cet hôtel!

La atencion de Francesco fue excelente. Incluso nos ayudo cuando mi novio tuvo una urgencia odontologica. La estadia fue muy amena, tenes total independencia ya que te entregan las llaves del lugar.Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de la estacion y se puede llegar caminando a los puntos de interes.El lugar cuenta con lo necesario para cocinar, hay un supermercado a 2 cuadras.La habitacion estaba bien.El baño que elegimos era compartido pero muy comodo, agua caliente, ducha comoda y siempre limpio.Se pude usar el lavarropas.

Hay que subir por escaleras 5 pisos creo que eran..igual nos ayudaron con las valijas. La señal de internet no era muy buena...incluso se corto un dia.

酒店离火车站和公共汽车总站都很近，男主人非常热情，虽然是公用卫生间但一共只有五间房所以没什么关系，卫- 生间打扫的很干净。

地理位置不太好找，是在一栋民居的顶层，黑色的门牌号才是这家酒店的地址

la disponibilità del personale per il check-in e check-out fuori orario, l'uso della cucina (ben fornita di stoviglie,padelle e tutto il necessario per cucinare), la posizione centrale e facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione, la vicinanza al Mercato Centrale: senza dubbio da consigliare!!!

Ottimo qualità/prezzo, staff simpaticissimo e molto gentile. Posizione ottima sia per il centro che per il parcheggio (in auto). CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!!!

Situation geographique dans un rayon de 2km tout y est;)

Questo ostello mi è piaciuto molto, è ideale per le famiglie visto che puoi fare colazione e cenare . I personale è molto simpatico e molto disponibile. Unico consiglio dal mio piunto di vista per rendere il servizio ancora migliore è quello di disporre la cucina di un forno a microonde. Grazie di tutto Giovanna Monari-
