Staff at reception was extremely helpful... especially the person we met when we checked in(dont remember his name). Rooms are well maintained and very clean and nice. Bathrooms are good and clean. They had a excellent breakfast spread with fruits, cereals, pastries, croissants, ham n cheese, juices, tea and coffee. I liked the location because its at a nice, quiet place outside the cramped city centre but not too far away. The bath area might get a bit cramped for heavy built people. Some ppl might think the road to the bus stop from the hotel is a bit steep especially if you are carrying luggage...I did not have a problem though. Shuttle service from hotel to city center available only till 19:30 Hrs. but the 10-15 min walk was nice n safe late in the night too. |

The hotel was in a great location, close enough to the centre of Perugia. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Perugia. |

friendly staff, easily located as well sign posted. 1980's decore. the family room was suitable for a one/two night stay but a bit too cramped if you were staying any longer. |

very friendly staff , comfortable room. hotel was further from Perugia than stated ( very steep hills for older people ) free mini bus service to town very irregular. |

Hotel was clean, room was fine but bathroom was rather small, extremely badly designed and in need of repair. Staff were polite and helpful. Abit more information would have been helpful. But definite value for money. Not quite as central or as described on website, but acceptable. Bus mentioned in publicity was not as frequent as promised but useful when available. Breakfast was generally considered inadequate bordering on the unacceptable. Altho promised a bus connection to and from the airport, none was available upon arrival. Taxi fare was not refunded. |

The location of the hotel was great. The staff was helpful they have a shuttle service to the city center and drove us to the bus stop on reguest. They serve a very good breakfast. |

They have family room (for 4 person) and there's a shuttle bus almost every hour to the city when I stay there. They even sell bus ticket. Th design is quite old, and the room kinda gloomy. The location is quite far from the centro. |

Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Good location and shuttle available if required. Pleasant quiet position but central. Good value. One drawback for those who do not like walking is the quite steep walk to the main street - however, shuttle bus available. |

Very nice location with excellent staff at the reception. Good shuttle service to the centre of Peruggia (parking place difficult to find and expensive) In case you missed last shuttle, for only 8 or 9 Euros a taxi brings you back to the hotel. |

Nothing apart from the fact ,they put in a fold up bed for our young son Location, They had a tour bus of very lively young people the night we stayed. I woke up at 1am to the noise of these young people and at 4.30am when I could not get anyone on telephone at reception, I got dressed and went down and confronted night porter( who had no english) and managed to explain my problem. After that we did get quietness but unfortunetely, I did not get back to sleep. |

The evening meal was excellent - the best food and good value in Perugia; its worth waiting all day for a good meal [because in Perugia there is only pizzas and cheese sandwiches]; the Restaurant staff excellent service and they understand english ! For all visitors; note that Perugia is very hilly, and you will get worn out walking, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus into the centre, but you will probably spend a fortune on taxis to and from hotel as the Hotel is really on the edge of a hillside. |

I liked the hotel free shuttle and staff. I would prefer the shuttle run later in the evening. The hotel restaurant was good but was expensive and offered little variety |
