Very nice location with excellent staff at the reception. Good shuttle service to the centre of Peruggia (parking place difficult to find and expensive) In case you missed last shuttle, for only 8 or 9 Euros a taxi brings you back to the hotel. |

Nothing apart from the fact ,they put in a fold up bed for our young son Location, They had a tour bus of very lively young people the night we stayed. I woke up at 1am to the noise of these young people and at 4.30am when I could not get anyone on telephone at reception, I got dressed and went down and confronted night porter( who had no english) and managed to explain my problem. After that we did get quietness but unfortunetely, I did not get back to sleep. |

The evening meal was excellent - the best food and good value in Perugia; its worth waiting all day for a good meal [because in Perugia there is only pizzas and cheese sandwiches]; the Restaurant staff excellent service and they understand english ! For all visitors; note that Perugia is very hilly, and you will get worn out walking, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus into the centre, but you will probably spend a fortune on taxis to and from hotel as the Hotel is really on the edge of a hillside. |

I liked the hotel free shuttle and staff. I would prefer the shuttle run later in the evening. The hotel restaurant was good but was expensive and offered little variety |

The staff were very friendly The breakfast was very poor, no variation and stale breads. The bathroom was small and badly laid out, difficult to get into the shower. |

The staff was amazing starting from the reservation desk to the shuttle bus driver. They were very helpful, professional and you can rely on them 24 hours for walkup calls as well as passing calls to you from midnight onwards. The shuttle bus to Perugia was good. The hotel to me was a 4 Star the only thing missing for a 4 Star would be if they would improve on their breakfast and allow the shuttle to bring back people after 8pm, say from Perugia to the hotel it would be nice if there was one at 9 and one at 10 and 11 to get back. The walk back was 2km. We did it but it was tiring! |

The location: quiet, but on a walking distance from the old centre of Perugia. The hotel staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel restaurant offers a nice menu and the breakfast is above average (different sorts of bread, juice, coffee and tea, cereal, yogurts, fresh fruit). |
