Unico lato positivo, la vicinanza al centro storico di Firenze. Piazza del Duomo si raggiunge in 15 minuti a piedi. Personale quasi disinteressato del cliente. Rapporto limitato al buongiorno/buonasera e non ci è stato chiesto alla partenza come ci siamo trovati. Ci è stato proposto il parcheggio in uno pseudo-garage privato, nel quale si affacciava una nostra finestra, nel quale le auto venivano parcheggiate in fila (quindi dovendo lasciare le chiavi in reception) a 20 euro al giorno, quando il parcheggio a pagamento sulla strada dell'hotel costa 18 euro. Le coperte in camera avevano buchi da bruciature di sigaretta, abbiamo sofferto il freddo e non c'era una coperta supplementare nell'armadio, sui muri c'erano larve di tarme, e il bagno era una miniatura (doccia di 40x60cm). Ah...la colazione (servita a "buffet" su di un tavolino rotondo a 3 ripiani in una stanzetta con 6 tavoli) è compresa nel prezzo...però il caffè e il cappuccino si pagano a parte.

Nulla. Non male la colazione Camere arredate in stile retrò, ma molto molto trascurate. In bagno nonera disponibile nemmeno un asiugacapelli. Pavimento non estremamente pulito. Necessiterebbe una ristrutturata generale

La cercanía al centro estaba muy bien, andando en 10 minutos. El desayuno es escaso pero bueno. La ducha estaba integrada en el baño y si te duchabas ya casi no podías usar el inodoro ni pisar el suelo ya que el suelo del baño es la propia ducha. Además la habitación es muy fría y nos informaron que no pueden poner la calefacción hasta el 1 de Noviembre por ley.

От центра (дуомо) пешком за 15 минут можно дойти. Хозяин отеля с первого взгляда кажется неприветливым, но на деле добрейший человек. Его некоторая отстраненность придаёт отелю особый колорит. Не очень привычно, что полотенца в отеле не махровые, а тонкие хлопковые.

Es relativamente pequeño pero nuestra habitación estaba en el interior de un jardin con un balcón encantador, siendo muy silencioso y tranquilo. El parking que te ofrecen es un patio alargado con capacidad para 5 coches en fila, siendo un inconveniente para disponer de el rapidamente pues tienen que mover los que esten delante del tuyo y el precio son 20 euros diarios.
