The staff were very friendly. We were given the room we requested which was very cute. The hotel generally was attractive and had a lot of character. I think it was great value for money. |

Breakfast is excellent. It is possible to park inside (for extra charge) which is important, because you would hardly find a place on the street. The walls are very thin. You have to keep quiet, otherwise your neighbour does his visit at your room... |

The staff were friendly and assisted when required. The location is good given that it is only a pleasant 300 metre walk from the train station. The rooms were a good size, a bit quirkey in a funky way! Overall, a good value hotel. The beds were quite soft. In addition, the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor creating a slippery hazard. Finally, the lamp shade on the desk appeared to be a fire hazard given it was made of a flammable material which appeared to be burnt from the past. |

The room was a little chilly and I could not alter or get altered the air conditioner so I just turned it off and put an extra blanket on the bed. Solo travellers always get second choice when it comes to a decent room. The bathroom sounds were quite audible. |

Room was clean and staff was helpful. It was close to the train station and to the airport, this was important to me as I was only staying overnight. Part of the hotel doesn't have an elevator. I had to walk up three flight of stairs with a very heavy suitcase. Nobody offered to help. My room was next to the stairs and I could hear everyone coming up in the middle of the night, it was hard to rest. |

The location of the hotel was great, only 5 or 10 minutes to the train station and about a pleasant 20 minutes to the central square. The room was very clean and smelled nice too! The L´Occitane products (soaps) in the bathrooms is a nice touch. It was a relaxing place to return to after seeing the city! Nothing, we would recommend this hotel! |

Value for money, decent comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Excellent bathroom. Not really. Would have liked more light in the room. The bedroom was an odd shape and unusual wallpaper. |

Nice hotel in good location convenient to railway station, very tastefully decorated a pleasant change from some of the bland chains. Air conditioning not very effective, some english language channels on TV would have been nice but overall this was not an issue |

Staff were extremely helpful, approachable and friendly. Hotel in convenient position near station and city centre - yet the room was surprisingly and pleasingly quiet. Comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Decor interesting. We'd use this hotel again. Air-conditioning had been turned off a couple of days before our one-night's visit (early September); we found our room (on top floor) rather stuffy and hot, though we did sleep okay. Lighting in room a bit too low and no reading-light by bed. But overall, very good value, and we'd come back. |

I liked everything. The hotel is very beautiful specially the wallpapers. Its location near station is a plus. Fridge and electric kettle in the room were a great help. Since they provide you with free instant coffee and teabag everyday, you can do a little shopping and use the kettle and have the breakfast in your room almost free. The internet rate is fair (2 euros for 5 hours which can be logged in/out). Room gets cleaned everyday. Worths the price. Staff all friendly, nice and speak English. Safety deposit box is also helpful. Great experience overall. Had two different rooms and couldn't connect to internet in one despite having full reception. Just needed to go outside in the hall. Weird!!! (My smartphone could connect though). Shower a little small. Few TV channels, CNN is on the list but not receiving. But none of above is that important. The only problem I had was the neighbor room residents who apparently were moving furniture around at 2AM!!! So not sound proof rooms. Despite these few small issues, it is a very nice hotel. Loved it. |

Breakfast is a extra €5 but realy good. The staff of the hotel is friendly and professional. The room is dark and small (choclate brown ceiling). And forget the bikes from the hotel: they are really very bad! |
