位置很好，不用過橋，前台小姐熱情禮貌

地理位置较好，离火车站2-3分钟路，早餐还算比较丰富，不过肉和奶酪定量给的。

没有电梯，行李多的话，比较麻烦。

离火车站很近，才2、3分钟的路程，在一条小巷中。早上前台的妹妹非常的热情、专业，给我们规划的地图线路- 实用、易懂；第二天发大水，很体贴的给我们大塑料袋套在脚上。房间不大，18世纪的装修风格、干净、整洁。-

没有电梯，但楼层不高。晚上接待的小哥不太热情。

酒店还算好找。在火车站左手的一条弄堂里。早饭很好，有牛奶麦片，芝士片，火腿片等。

服务员要看人，有一个男的态度很差。房间很小，浴室是外部私人的。

酒店位置极佳并且带一个小阳台，房间免费升级为带早餐，各方面都很不错，值得推荐。

Economical, very well located!

Location was good due to closeness to train station and water bus stop.

Hotel is located close to the train/bus station and near a main street; some staff very helpful; breakfast included (although not extensive).

Hotel is dirty; bad smell exists in hallways and lower floor where breakfast is served; no elevator; odd shower doors leading to water on floor; expensive for the poor quality of the hotel; some staff aloof to problems noted. I would never stay here again.

A quite big comfortable room with "Venice-style" decor. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very close to the train station, as well as to the vaporetto stations and the bridge over Canale Grande, which is rather useful; at the same time, the this is very quiet around the hotel. Cleaning was very good, air-conditioning worked fine. The bathroom is also quite big, modern and convenient. Off-topic: take advantage of walking through a very nice small park before going to Canale Cannaregio, Nuova Strada etc; to do this, turn to the left when leaving the hotel (instead of right) and then to the right.

Breakfast was rather restricted. But the service girl kindly asks if you need ham and cheese and provides them, so do not forget to ask for this if did not find. Keep in mind also that there is no safety box in the room, only on reception.

The reception staff was helpful and knowledgeable, making great suggestions about dining and how to travel to the airport. The breakfast was excellent; I especially loved the Cappuccino machine! The location was perfect.

Our room was small, but we chose the economy double. I imagine the other double rooms are larger. You have to walk down a small alley to find the hotel.

Hotel is hidden from the main street (could use some signage from a main street). Hotel rooms are run down with cracked floor tiles. Breakfast hall very cramped.

The Decor was really great. It gave a real atmosphere of old Venice. Fabric covered walls, Murano glass lamps, etc. etc. And, the staff were wonderful!

Nothing actually. It met and exceeded our expectations all around.

The reception guy on 27th Feb.night is not very friendly. The room is very small for two people to live in.

Location is very very near to the train station, which helps you not to drag your luggage for a long way on the cobble stones. The staff is very good and very nice that he gave us a room with combined bathroom eventhough we booked a room with external bathroom. The hotel should get more stars if they provide free wifi for their customers and varied their breakfast. Everything else is excellent,(the cleanliness, the location and the staffs.)

Expensive Charged wifi service and very limited choices of breakfast. Please provide free wifi and you will get more rating and more young travellers/backpackers.

its address needs to well announced, as the name of their street and on of the avenue which is far are same. SO, one gets confused.

The location was good with regards to water-taxi from Marco Polo Airport, the train station as well as the People Mover for the cruise transfers. It was also in a very lively spot on the island.

It was a little noise as it seemed to be a walk-through for many other facilities and people who passed by were very loud.
