fantastic location with magnificient views. Staff is veru friendly and food is excellent. Big pool. Rooms are basic but good. good location on top of the hills in Umbria. Rooms are basic but this also fits nice in the setting.

Il panorama, la cordialità e la disponibilità di tutto il personale ed in particolar modo del proprietario, l'olio, il cibo, I vini; praticamente tutto. Anche se non è per tutte le tasche ma basta seguire le offerte di Booking.com e lo diventa.

Mooi gelegen huisje op een heuvelflank met prachtig vergezicht (Assisi O.A.).Zeer mooi zwembad bovenaan de heuvel met restaurant.Ook zeer rustig gelegen.Ideale verblijfplaats.Men kan parkeren voor het huisje. In het centrum is er een grootwarenhuis waar je alles kan aankopen. Klassieke inrichting.Living en basic keuken klein (lucifers meebrengen).Kookpotten aan vervanging toe.Geen airco.

La posizione sopra la collina che domina tutta la pianura fino ad Assisi. I due ristoranti presenti nella struttura. La gentilezza del personale. La vasca idromassaggio in camera che non funzionava. Un paio di camerieri che non sapevano consigliarti su come abbinare I piatti che ti portavano.

i piatti proposti dal ristorante sono molto gustosi, anbbondanti e con ingredienti naturali. Il cameriere si è dimostrato disponibile e gentilissimo. sia per l'hotel che per l'osteria il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo gli appartamenti sono distanti dalla reception, per cui è stato necessario spostarsi nuovamente con l'auto. la colazione rispetto al resto risulta un po' cara.

Il posto è incantevole con una veduta splendida, la camera carina e confortevole, il personale gentile. L'osteria dove abbiamo cenato è molto buona e il rapporto qualità prezzo giusto. Abbiamo visto gli appartamenti e ci sono sembrati carini e nell'insieme direi che è il posto giusto per rilassarsi e godersi le bellezze circostanti che non sono poche.

Agriturismo molto bello, con vista sulla valle umbra. Posizione comoda per visitare le città. Piscina grande Per la piscina ci vuole obbligatoriamente la cuffia in vendita per 4 euro. Da nessuna parte abbiamo trovato scritta questa informazione (booking o stesso sito internet dell'hotel) perchè altrimenti ci si portava la cuffia da casa invece di comprarne un'altra!! In ogni caso chissà come mai...qualche "amico" della struttura era in piscina liberamente senza cuffia e gli stranieri rispettavano invece rigorosamente la regola.

Gyönyörű a kilátás. Egyik pincér hölgy még meg sem kísérelte semmilyen idegen nyelv kommunikálását...a személyzet többi tagja nagyon kedves volt.

La struttura è in una bella posizione panoramica, con un ristorante su una terrazza con una bella vista sulla valle. Lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile, la piscina è gradevole ed anche la cucina del ristorante è buona.

sehr freundliche Bedienstete, saubere und vielfältig gestaltete Anlage z.B. durch viele Pflanzen, Liegestühle, Bänke, gutes Restaurant Der Fußweg von den Appartments zum Hotel war nicht nutzbar, da völlig zugewachsen, daher musste die doch sehr wenig attraktive Straße genommen werden.
