Cadre de l'établissement. Accueil agréable et efficace. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Piscine et tennis.

Wifi non opérationnel. A table: Cuisine copieuse mais de qualité médiocre.

Bellissima camera e staff gentilissimo. Silenzioso immerso nel verde ed in posizione panoramica. Da consigliare

mi è piaciuto molto il senso di pace e tranquillità, il verde,l'appartamento, la vicinanza a città come Assisi, Spello,Bevagna ecc.

soltanto due piccole cose mancano, l'assenza di aria condizionata negli appartamenti, delle zanzariere. ps. mettere un sapone per i piatti sarebbe utile

Location good for travelling around Umbria and Tuscany. Nice quiet countryside. One receptionist particularly helpful with advice about places to visit. Two very good evening meals, although we had a very long wait for one, even though the dining room was not full.

We felt that the owner was perhaps not really in control of staff. Maybe had some difficulties.

De rust in en rond het appartement/hotel. Het uitzicht.

De ligging van het hotel is prachtig, bovenop een heuvel met uitzicht over Asissi

Comfort laat erg te wensen over. Badkamer is oud en nogal vies/stuk. Bed was zo hard dat we slecht geslapen hebben.Wij zijn na twee dagen weggegaan terwijl we voor 6 dagen geboekt en betaald hadden

De prachtige & rustige ligging middenin de natuur. We verbleven niet in het hotel zelf maar in een appartement op 500m van en behorend aan het hotel. Mogelijkheid om toch een ontbijt of maaltijd te kunnen nemen in het hotel(leuke wandeling). Vriendelijk hotelpersoneel en flexibel bij de keuze van de maaltijden.

Iets te weinig aan bepaalde zaken in de keuken van het appartement, zoals koffiefilters, kruiden (+ olie), suiker, enz...in feite niet belangrijk in vergelijking met de vele positieve punten.

Breakfast buffet was poorly monitored so we & many other guests always ended up with "not enough bread". We had to chase for this every morning and still the waitresses did not understand that European tourists like fresh bread in the morning. No sun parasols at swimming pool.Our 2 bedroom appartment Mimosa on the 1st floor had a very small terras, far too small for 4 people and the 2 neighbouring appartments. Terras could only be used on a first come first use basis.The decoration of the appartments is outdated, too dark, depressive colors. No airco. Expensive for the level of comfort offered. If you go there, ask for the appartments on the ground level, not 1st floor.
