We had a very comfortable appartment. An important pre of this hotel that it has a very efficient valet service. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast excellent. The airco in one part of the appartment had not enough capacity. It is also annoying that on leaving the room (for a downtown walk) the airco switches off and on return it needs "hours" to cool down the room again. |

We enjoyed very much our stay at the Il Principe Hotel in Catania. The place was lovely and the staff very accomadating. We were walking distance to all the sights and sounds of the old part of the city and were given instructions on how to get to the sights we wanted to see. The staff spoke English which was so helpful since my Italian is "poco"! The location and the price were Perfect! We also booked at trip to Mt. Etna through the hotel and it was so fun! |

The location of the hotel was excellent! There is a bit of late night restaurant activity immediatey in front of the hotel. |

Position in old part of City near cathedral but handy to airport. Large very quiet room with good bathroom. Although no evening meal, practically next door to superb restaurant Osteria i Tre Bicchiere Disappointed at refusal to give discount for no breakfast (early start to catch flight) even though I had signalled this when booking. The charge was high for room only. |

The hotel is in a very convenient location, but it is their staff that made the major difference between this and many other similar hotels that I've stayed in Europe - their staff are always genuinely warm and helpful. Each one of them was attentive, eager and efficient to get me exactly what I need, and provided precise information about locations that I inquired about. |

The staff were all lovely and very helpful and the room was very big and comfortable, which was a nice change from the rest of our European hotels. The location is fantastic, being right near the main Duomo. The Mt Etna tour offered through the hotel was well worth it, as was a day trip out to Taormina. |

Locatie was top.Personeel correct en vriendelijk.De auto werd door de receptie op een nabijgelegen plek geparkeerd.En bij vertrek weer opgehaald.Is met navigatie makkelijk te vinden.Is een aanrader. |

無料で普通のダブルの部屋から、ロフト付きスイートルームへのアップグレードをしていただきました。大変綺- 麗なホテルで、立地のメルカートやドーモに近くて便利で、しかも、大通りから外れているので、静かでした。- 朝食も大変おいしかったです。もし、カターニャへ行くなら、もう一度利用したいと思います。 |
