The location of the hotel was excellent! There is a bit of late night restaurant activity immediatey in front of the hotel. |

Position in old part of City near cathedral but handy to airport. Large very quiet room with good bathroom. Although no evening meal, practically next door to superb restaurant Osteria i Tre Bicchiere Disappointed at refusal to give discount for no breakfast (early start to catch flight) even though I had signalled this when booking. The charge was high for room only. |

The hotel is in a very convenient location, but it is their staff that made the major difference between this and many other similar hotels that I've stayed in Europe - their staff are always genuinely warm and helpful. Each one of them was attentive, eager and efficient to get me exactly what I need, and provided precise information about locations that I inquired about. |

The staff were all lovely and very helpful and the room was very big and comfortable, which was a nice change from the rest of our European hotels. The location is fantastic, being right near the main Duomo. The Mt Etna tour offered through the hotel was well worth it, as was a day trip out to Taormina. |

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Hotel in gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist sehr gut: mitten in der Innenstadt. Und das dortige Parkplatzproblenm wird vom Hotel trotz beschränkter Kapazitäten gut gelöst. |

Расположен в самом центре города в двух шагах от главной площади. Хорошие чистые номера. Приличный завтрак. Парковка есть, но поставить машину трудно - мало места. |

очень хороший отель, близко к центру города. рядом много хороших мест где поесть, могут быть проблемы с парковкой если вы приедете на машине. но персонал отеля готов в этом помочь, было приятно что это бесплатно. |
