it was very close to the metro station the staff was really nice and rooms we very comfortable I d definitely stay there again

it was a bit hard to find the place when we went out of metro at the first time.It is not in the city center but still good location.More sings could be help The breakfast was too sweet.There could have been more options

Great location - 150 meters from subway station, quiet neighborhood, clean rooms, friendly staff.

No closet, no full body mirror, bad Wi Fi, room is very small (the pictures are taken from a very flattering angle), poor breakfast - coffee and pastry.

Discrete, nice and tranquil place to stay in Rome, 2 minutes to the metro station. The staff is very friendly. I recommend it to everyone.

The accomodations were spacious and clean. The owners and staff were extremely helpful and friendly and recommended dinner places for both nights of our stay and we were not disappointed. They provided maps of Rome and circled the points of interests and gave us the best directions on how to see and do everything we wanted to accomplish. Would recommend the Imperia Suite to anyone.

The breakfast could have been a bit more expansive. It was only pastries, juice, tea, or coffee.

The hospitality was outstanding. The rooms were simple, clean, and nice to come back to after a day out in Rome. The value was good for Rome. There is a nice convenient store right next to the hotel. We booked this hotel based on and location, value and reviews (we were not disappointed)

The shower did run out of hot water one time but honestly had to struggle to think of something I didn't like.

- The hotel is just 3 minutes from the metro station (Policlinico); - The personal was excellent and always happy to help and explain; - The rooms were very comfortable; - The owners were very kind and explain us all the details regarding places to eat, main touristic objectives, transportation… - We asked for a bright room and received one; - Our next visit will be in this place.

The hotel is very near to all the major places in the city, The hotel is just a few minutes from the metro station. The reception was warm and family, always happy to help and explain, The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious. We would love to return to this hotel again for our next visit to Rome!

The rooms are very clean, recently renovated and capacious. The hotel is 5 min on foot away from Polyclinico metro station, located at a quite and convenient neighborhood. The Staff is english speaking and very very helpful. The reception guy, Antonio, gave us all the information needed for Rome and he was constantly smiling, making our stay pleasant. Thanks Antonio!!!!

Very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable. Suitable for family with young children. Only 2 subway stops from Termini and station is only a 5min walk away. Pleasant stay. B'fast is okay provided you like sweet rather than savoury.

Hot water supply is suspect but it could be specific to our room.

Owner was very friendly and made some really good suggestions as far as restaurant and routes for travel. GO EAT AT THE RESTAURANT HE SUGGESTED, IT WAS THE BEST!Decor was modern, bathroom was clean and spacious (at least decent for a place in Rome). Overall, pretty good place.

Internet connection works on and off, hot water only lasts 5-6 minutes for shower (do not plan on a nice long hot shower, get in and get out).

The roof-top terrace of the room (I stayed in the "room with terrace" on the top floor)

The fact that I couldn't stand up in the bath tub due to the slanted ceiling (in the "room with terrace").

The lack of a drawars and a wardrobe made some trouble in clothes organization.

It was all excellent - staff super nice! Room super clean! Bathroom had lots of space and nice shower! Visited in December - heating was on, no need to fiddle with heating! PERFECT!

Great and helpful staff - gave us limo reservations late at night and accommodated a late arrival. Nice, clean rooms and comfortable beds.

No lifts and no signage on building.

If you like to stay in the surrounds area, but perfectly connected to everything with a metro at 200 mts, its just the perfect place, cozy, designed with the "simple style" that give you a sense of clean and comfort.

Just ask to stay in the upper floor, in the ground floor you will feel the "metro" working almost all the night.
