good terasse, helpful people, good breakfast.
to low height under the roof in the room and bath. (had to sit in the tub to take a shower ) Minibar with Prosecco and beer , but no glasses. Drinking Prosecco from the bottle ??. breakfast at the room , but no please to eat it . (1 chair , no table)
Very nice room with roofterrace! Kind staff. Nice to have breakfast in the room. Good (quiet) neighbourhood with public transport and good restaurants neirby.
Wifi virtually not working in room 10. Not well maintained; terrace not cleaned, plants dead, bath badly constructed, so water did damage the conversion. In total it was a nice set up but not very good in finishing touch. Some days noice of the discotec. And frontdoor was loud when being closed.
Location and wifi
Staff and the hotel us not far from the metro station. Very good restaurant under the hotel. Room is clean and quiet spacious
The metro pass just under the hotel therefore every 5 to 7 minutes you can hear the metro.
location and rooms
no drawers in the room
- very nice people - amazing price for this standard - quite area close to the center
We had the top floor room with terrace witch was very nice! Room was clean and comfortable Just 5 min. from subway and 2 stops to termini.
Breakfast to much sweet Shower place very small, couldnt stand straight, and I am 1,65 meter.
Top floor - no one to disturb us. Private terrace - perfect for a nice glass of wine after the whole day out sightseeing. Very comfy bed and great interior - wooden beams look great. Air con so despite being on the top floor it doesn't get too hot. Very good and nice staff - always helpful and available.
Due to the low ceiling it's difficult to take a proper shower - doable but tricky. There are so many mosquitoes in Rome in the summer and they negate the benefit of having the outside space - the suite terrace could do with some repellents.
Staff were really friendly and helpful, room and bathroom were both spotless and cleaned daily, fresh linens and towels were provided every day at no extra charge, very short distance from the metro, nice neighbourhood.
Would have liked if the window had been covered with a mosquito net, not that there was a great many of them, I am just particularly adverse to the evil little creatures. Garbage trucks collect at 12.30 at night and 6am in the morning, they are quite loud so bring ear plugs. Would still recommend the Imperia suites to anyone and would consider staying there again
Overall everything was good at the property. Staff were very helpful and the location is very near to the MRT
Imperia suite is a great place to stay in a beautiful city! A nice price for a very nice hotel.
The first time in an Italian hotel where the staff actually assisted with the baggage. But it is to be said the staff were not Italians!!! Breakfast was incredible.
The staff where excellent, Anthony was a real asset to the business. Very clean and comfortable place. Would defiantly stay again.
The breakfast was a little short for options. There was nothing but sweets. But it was still good.
Less than 5 mins walk from the subway station. Close to all the major landmarks. Large, spacious and clean room in a traditional building
Breakfast lacked options, only cakes and coffee available. Room cleaning wasn't thorough.
Location, staff, service, room facilities, close to metro, quiet neighborhood.
Not luminous room, on the first floor you can fell and hear the metro every time it passes.
Helpful staff, possibility to have breakfast on patio, interesting, elegant room interior - just like on the pictures, convenient location - 2 stops of metro B from Termini, 5 metres from hotel there is marvellous restaurant
Breakfast could be more variable
The hotel is very near a metro stop. The owner was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. He arranged for our transportation from the airport and was very accommodating when we arrived early in the morning and needed to leave our bags. The apartment was clean, well-designed, and roomy.
It would have been nice to have been given 2 sets of keys since you had to have a key to exit the building. A sponge or dishcloth for washing dishes would have been a useful addition to the kitchette.
the room was comfortable and very clean every day we stayed in Rome. Easy to find and with the metro station Policlinico within 5 minutes by foot. I enjoyed the simple and newly decorated room. In addition I have to say that the place was really quiet!
the thing I didn't like was that the breakfast had only sweets suchs as cakes and local sweets. After the second day of our stay we couldn't eat again sweets for breakfast. It would be great if there were something salty except from sweets !!
1. Staff are so nice and helpful, even Antony and the cleaning staff. 2. within 5 mins from the nearest subway station-Policlinico.
The public kitchen is so small and no Sink and toilet .
everything is very good, we have enjoyed our stay. staff is nice. the only thing we can recommend is that internet is too slow, breakfast is too sweet.
internet slow, breakfast too sweet
- Very comfortable, modern and spacious room - Very tasty breakfast - Very friendly staff
- Nothing to complain
Breakfast, too much sugar
Very nice room, helpful staff, good breakfast.
1 location -very good 2.SIZE OF ROOM -VERY GOOD 3.IT IS PART OF ROMAN HABITANTS, AND SILENT ATMOSPHERE. 4.ANTHONY ,THE MANAGER,VERY EFFICIENT.
Nothing to mention.
The Staff & Owner at Imperia are just so helpful & welcoming. The Breakfast was basic, but very filling & the best coffee we had the whole 5 weeks away.
A bit too far from the city for us, but in saying that the Metro wasn't that far away to access & take us where we needed to be.
