The rooms have an attractive price, but they will try to grab your money in every possible way and off-course you will have to pay for everything (yes, also wi-fi..) Forget luxe, suites and chromotherapy and all other stuff you see on the website, the pics were taken probably 10 years ago, my shower wasn't even working! NOT RECOMMENDED!
The rooms were well lined with proper appliances and refined facilities. Overall appearance and use of the rooms were over the standard of the usual hostel standard. The staff member (Sarah) was particularly a highlight to my stay; she provided me with much information and was by far one of the most helpful and generous host I've ever experienced so far. Thank you for your award winning hospitality Sarah!
The facility was good and exactly shower. The room was warm.
I had to pay for everything separately. I got the room with offer but I had to pay for wifi , ...
I do not think the term "hotel" is suitable to this place. It's more similar to a bed and breakfast without breakfast. The staff is never present when you need them, since the structure is evidently without reception desk. The bedroom is sufficiently OK, the toilet NOT: too small, no place where to place toothbrush, the shower demonstrate age and bad maintenance.
The location was ideal- couple minutes from Termini Station where all the action is; but you heard absolutely no traffic noise in you room. It was convenient accessing the family cafes and restaurants just outside your hotel building.
The lack of daily house keeping.
The staff were very good and the cleanliness excellent.
Having to pay up front and in cash. Breakfast consisted of a typical Italian breakfast of a pastry and coffee at the next door cafe.
The hotel is located very close to the central station ("Termini") from where you can go everywhere in the city.
I ordered transfer from the Airport to the hotel for the rate the Hotel offers. As I had to arrive at night time, later they told me that additionally 10 EUR will be charged for late transfer. This condition was not mentioned in the initial offer. As I had no time and means to find other options I had to accept new offer.
Close to Termini, but not noisy and no beggars at the door. Perfect location. Best mattress ever. Great shower! Very clean. The soap smells great. Will definitely stay there again!
Breakfast just a coffee and 1 croissant. There is no reception area and no one stays at the property to answer questions. DON'T USE THE SHUTTLE offered by the hotel. Got to the hotel almost 1 hour late to get us to the airport.
Small room but nice decoration and clean. Good location. Reasonable price.
No reception desk when needed.
It was close to Roma Termini Station, the surrounding old streets and shops were wonderful, the people and sounds of the neighborhood were friendly and helpful ... You can walk down Via Cavour and get to the Coloseum, Roman Forum, Roman Capital, and see many Historic sights by foot !
The staff was very often absent (didn't see anyone for 2 Days), I needed towels and the shower leaked the room was Tiny and they said they had to move me to a smaller room cuz the one I was in could fit 3 (THREE ??) ... the Pictures of the Hotel are Deceiving, it's basically a 30 foot hallway with an attendant sitting in what looks like a closet at the far end and 4 little rooms 2 on each side of the hall
- Location - Room atmosphere and interior
- Cash payment at arrival was needed, while this was NOT mentioned specifically in the reservation and on booking.com! The only mention was they only accept cash, but not that they ask for the money at the door. - Early check-in was promised, but not much possible - toilet flushing water was not working properly some of the time - breakfast choice limited between coffee or tea or juice and a croissant - English of the personnel was very limited - Bed mentioned as king-size, it was clearly NOT, rather small, actually
Very good value for money Wi-fi was working fine Much better standards for this kind of price than anything else I have seen in Rome.
The area may seem a bit rough at first, but I did not see anything to worry about really. Just walk like you know where you are going and don't look like you just landed from Mars. Cleanliness was ok, but you might be disappointed if you pay a lot of attention to details.
Location was perfect, 3/4 minute walk from Roma Termini and Metro. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.
When we arrived the hotel had double booked our room, so we spent the first night in a hotel downstairs, the accomodation of which was not as good, however we recieved none our money back. Parts of shower were faulty.
I was very satisfied with everything, especially with a little caffe bar under our room, where we had breakfast every morning for small price
Location is very good, close to Termini, that's why I choosed this hotel for one night. I could easily reach the address. The room was nice, the bed comfortable, the wi-fi working. When I arrived a young girl explained me all.
The shower was a joke! If you get the room Atlantide, make sure to check the shower if it's working correctly! It was impossible to wash normally as water was coming not from where it should, but from the pipe... Definitely needs to renew. I couldn't wash my hair. Also, it's not easy to know if there is someone at the reception. You have to knock if you see all doors closed.
the law price and the distance. the wi fi also was excellent.
the area around the hotel full of natives, and its very scary during the night.
Towels were dirty; No shampoo and soap in the bathroom HAIR ON THE FLOOR!! Disgusting
Everything, very comfortable location for travelers who are using public transport. I had my own keys for the main entrance and my room.
The location, very helpfull staff.
Hotel is on the 4th floor of the building, almost next to train station Termini. Room was small but good enough for us. Recommended if you are looking for a place to sleep that is clean, quiet and near train station.
Breakfast was 1 drink (coffee, cuppuccino or juice) and 1 croissant.
Reception is very nice and helpful
Everything was perfect. Great accomodation, very polite people, they gave us room 1 hour before. Excellent location.
Great location next to the train station. Romantic style rooms with a huge TV ( all in Italian) Nice bar downstairs and cute little restaurants around the surrounding streets. Comfortable, cheap place to base yourself.
Breakfast is just a juice or coffee & pastry.
