Had enormous room. Handy for going to Bologna as bus stopped outside.Free internet in lobby-but did get bitten by ?mosquitos.

Handy bus service into town

We had 2 very bad nights sleep due to very noisey air conditioning in our room, we spoke to staff after the first night and got no help.We asked to speak to the manager when we were leaving as we were very unhappy about paying the full amount due to the very poor quality of our accomodation, we were told that we could not speak to the manager as he was unavailable. I will be writing.

The hotel was excellent value for money, comfortable with friendly staff. Plenty of car parking space.

A little remote if you did not have a car.

The place very close to the city, staff, surprisingly big rooms, parking near hotel.

We had problems with air conditioning, which was beyond our control, so we get cold at night. I believe temperature was set to 18-20 C. and we were not able even to switch it out. Staff said it was temporary problem. Poor breakfast, but it seams it is standard in Italian hotels.

It's a nice hotel just out side of Bologna but its better to go there with car otherwise it's little bit uneasy to go center,anyway with the price rate I think this hotel is much more higher than other 5 stars hotel

The summer price of 36 euro for a good three star hotel. Breakfast was good and quite elaborate.

The air conditioning did only work in some circumstances, but we really couldn't find out exactly how. So we slept with the airco off, which wasn't too nice.

Nice staff; good location for car travellers; cosy, well furnished; clean room and bathroom; nice building; very good breakfast; hugh parking area; good public transport connection (bus #25 stops just outside the hotel, and it takes only 15mins to the city centre). Absoultly good value for our money!

The abandoned looking building site next to the hotel is not so nice, but it is just a minor thing.

Staff was particularly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, most especially the unlimited cappuccino. Convenient (by auto) to the old city. Room very clean. Great Price! If you are looking for a place from which to venture out to explore Northern Italy, this place would be hard to beat.
