Good bus service to town; cleanliness

For the first time, the reviews were totally misleading. The room decor dates back at least 20 years, the triple rooms are not at all spacious, the air conditionind does not work and the toilet stinks. Surely not deluxe as described.

We stayed 1 night day for a day trip to Bologna city centre during our 10 days trip to Italy. The hotel was very clean & comfortable. It offers free car parking area. Easily access from the main highway. There is a bus stop infront of the hotel and you can catch bus no 25 straight to Bologna city centre within 20-25min. The bus will also pass Bologna's central station. You can purchase the ticket at the hotel reception for EUR1.20 which valid for 60minutes. I had liaise with 2 of their staffs during our stay (1 from the reception & 1 from the cafe). Both of them were very polite & customer oriented. They speak English well. The Wifi is also free and can be easily accessed from room. Breakfast is also included in the rate! There was welcome drink too at the reception area. The bathroom was of high standard. Hair dryer & kettle provided. I feel EUR60 is worth paying for 2 adults & 2 small children. The only set back during our stay was the heater in our room seemed not working but it was in April & wasn't too cold so I just put the complaint the next day, during checking out. The staff at the reception took the complaint for action. Overall, thumbs up. Will surely recommend this hotel to others.

Location was the best for us, close to the Fiera.

Hotel was very nice especially for Italian standards. Breakfast was delicous and there was a great selection, rooms were big and comfortable. The hotel has a bus stop right out side and the bus trip takes you right into town (15 min) for a Euro-twenty if you get tickets from the hotel.

The only things we didn't like was that they went in and cleaned our room when we had a do not disturb sign on the door, and the water pressure for hot water was horrible almsot non existant. Great place for kids had a slide and a few other things in the back yard for them.

The hotel is really nice. We were a group of three and took a triple room (which is a double room with an extra bed). For the price, its a really nice room. The bus stop is just outside the door of the hotel that takes you down to the city. The hotel is very nice, clean, modern and functional, and breakfast was also good, staff is very friendly and speaks good english. We had a car and its great that the hotel has a free parking. This is the only solution for travellers with cars, since you can not park the car in the city or drive through the city by car. I would definitely stay again if I go to Bologna or drive by.

When looking at other hotels in Italy with the same price range (or even more expensive), I can not think of anything to complain about.

A single computer with free internet access for the entire hotel, which didn't work for the 2 nights I was there. There is no signs of the time guests can use the internet. Once, I had to wait for 30 min, and ask the other guest if he was going to stay longer.
