Very good connection to the city center with local transport (15 minutes by bus number 25).

Price quality ratio was excellent, the hotel was clean, well maintained, breakfast very good, the staff friendly and welcoming, ready to answer all of my questions. The hotel is a bit far away from the center, but it is not a problem at all, the bus 25 which passes the old town and by the Stazione Centrale has the last stop Gomito in front of the hotel. You can buy ticket from the reception desk at 1 euro 20 cents.

I had a Picassa room on the top floor in the house neighbouring the main hotel. When I came in the air in the room was very hot, but aircon did not work. It was ok, as the night was chilly, but in the middle of the Italian summer this could be a real test for the hotel and guests. The hotel was a bit noisy, the dogs at the nearby properties kept barking the whole night, the day attraction was grass cutting with the motor machine.

Nice place. Very nice people. Excellent breakfast (cakes were just amazing). Good location, even though it is a bit far from the centre.

The room toillet should be renovated, or at least very well clean (RUST).

Ideal location for us. Close to the motorway and very good value for money. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of availability. There is the 25 bus which stops right outside the hotel and takes you to the centre of Bologna. The rooms were large, clean and modern

Easy Parking

Rooms needs a renovation, espcially the shower; old pulb TV that was difficult to operate

A bonus it had a gym and I really enjoyed my morning runs out into the countryside. The breakfast was great to fuel my runs!

I had not realised how far out of the city it was and even though I walk lots both occasions I wanted to walk home at night I ended up getting a taxi as there are a lot of motorways on way out to hotel.

Got different room the was booked. We paid fo superior room and got standard, receptions said its a superior because od jacuzzi bath but finally the jacuzzi didn't work :( Reception said we should give them a call and they will repare it. But wee use the jacuzzi at 11.00 pm!

Just fifteen minutes away from the centre . There's a bus stop just outside the hotel which takes you to the centre of the city. Clean, helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable room.

No restaurant at the hotel and no restaurants any near the hotel.

It was not clear that you had to pay tourist tax in cash at the end (or that you had to pay it before) so I had no cash to do this and had to complete a refusal to pay form! Taxi again had to be paid in cash rather than be added onto the bill

I think it is a fantastic hotel for the price you are paying and the bus 25 that stops just in front takes you to the center very quickly, breakfast is good, staff is kind and it is all very clean..

Well the only point is that if any night you come back after 12 , there is no bus and you have to take a taxi but they only charge you 12 euros from the center at night which I think is very reasonable.

Convienient bus ride into Bologna, clean, friendly staff great stay.

Cheap, clean and close to bologna. Can recommend for travelers with a car.

There were many mosquitos (middle October) and the bed was not comfortable.
