Classic top end hotel & in a great location. The private beach was perfect.

Nothing to dislike

renovated old Grand Hotel with perfect service and extremly luxerious ambiente. Only very little things still missing to get a leading hotel of the world.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful, and the wait staff was attentive and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful - one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. And the view is to die for!!!! Loved it!

Everything was wonderful. The staff were exception! Breakfast selection was plentiful. Bar well equipped. Beachside area looked great (we visited during early Spring and weather was bad) even though we could not use. Gym ok if you wanted a quick workout. Easy access to the shops. Free parking on site was a bonus.

Noise, no aircondition, limited breakfest choice, extremly low value for money!!!! I am considering legal action against this hotel!!!!

a great location, staff were fantastic, top class hotel, we had our 2 older children in the same room, without problem, room very large, plenty of room for extra 2 single beds( not pull or couch)

Elegant and historic. The room had a huge terrace.

Old fashioned bathroom which smelt. Although we asked for this to be sorted out, nothing was done.

Our Room (226) and the hotel's setting/views. Sitting on the breakfast terrace. Though a very attractive building with nice staff the hotel doesn't fit easily into any of the above categories.

1. There should be a golf cart shuttle to the harbour (Information Point) as the hill is dangerous and steep, especially with shopping/bags. 2. There should be an access to the pavement by crossing the bridge to the other side of the road (because crossing the road is dangerous). 3. Music was played until too late at night (until midnight) too loudly. 4. You need more English language TV channels (eg Sky News) because BBC World is not a news channel nor is it about Europe. 5. A waiter should ask people by the pool if they'd like to order drinks rather than guests having to walk to the bar. 6> The Wi-fi didn't work in the rooms. I bigger issue than you may think.

The Imperiale Palace is an amazing hotel, I can't recommend it highly enough. The service was excellent, the views outstanding and the food was incredible. Our room included half-board, which included dinner- and that meal was as good as anything we had on our two-week trip through Europe (which included Paris)

The only complaint is that you do pay a high price for this quality.

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff; the excellent food; the superb facilities.

Lovely atmosphere and truly a grand property. Breakfast on the terrace is excellent with unforgettable views. Beach and pool facilities are excellent in comparison. Staff were kind and courteous.

Location, view, gardens

Wifi does not work.

Our stay at Imperial Palace was great. The location was outstanding, Our no view room was quiet big and comfortable. The bed was out of this world, all marble bathroom shower and tub amazing and the beautifuly maintained garden and grounds leading down to the beach with lounge chairs on huge boulders with fantastic view of Santa Margharita was breathtaking. The breakfast included in the room rate was superb. Also parking and lounge chairs were free which all other hotels charge. To rent a lounge chair on the beach is 25 Euros.

Only one negative. We stayed at the Imperial Palace for three days, and on all those three days were unable to have internet connection in our room or lobby. There was no business center, just a computer downstairs. This is unacceptable for a five star hotel that advertises wifi connection. My husband a businessman and I felt very frustrated about this issue. We were told they have a problem and are trying to fix it. My recommendation is: fix it right away and we will be back to enjoy this wonderful hotel.

L'hôtel est magnifique, c'est un voyage à la belle époque de la riviera italienne. Le personnel est adorable. La vue est sublime. Le coin piscine-plage privée est charmant. La végétation dans ce coin de l'Italie crée un cadre trés romantique. Un hotel vraiment trés beau

Tutto ok. Avevamo prenotato una camera standard ed era anche quella all'altezza di un 5 stelle. Ottima colazione a buffet. Ampio parcheggio gratuito.

Nella colazione mancava solo la possibilità di farsi una spremuta d'arancia fresca.
