Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Location is central and easy to move around.Staff quite helpful,room and bathroom also clean. The pillows were very uncomfortable,when I asked the housekeeping for a different type I was told that all what they have! |

good location, good hospitality, clean rooms We had to stay in four singl rooms , insted of the original reservation, which was 2 double rooms and the reason was that they charge my card before our arrival, which is not the rule of booking.com |

Perfect Area, Good hotel but very small rooms We asked for a pick up service from the hotel, they offered us a price of 180euros for 4 persons. The shuttle bus did not arrive instead a regular car came after half an hour and the driver told us that the van was "crashed". We had to travel with our suitcases on top of us. We informed the hotel stuff and they told us they would make a discount for the return to the airport. We cancelled the return to the airport because we found a service at half the price!!! I think the hotel management should be more responsible and considerate of their clientelle. |

We had a quad room, and it was nice. It saved some money over having two rooms. The hotel is very nice, and had a very good breakfast. I didn't like having to pay 7 euro for internet access for 24 hours, when all I needed was 15 minutes. |

Its location on the via Veneto is close to shopping for luxury goods, shoes, ties, etc. Just below the US Embassy, it is but a short walk to the Piazza di Spagna, the Spanish Steps, via Condotti, etc. I had an inside room, a little dingy, but quite serrviceable. |
