It was ideally situated for a trip to visit Rome. The staff were very obliging. The first room we were given was very small and awkwardly laid out. Not worthy of a 4* hotel. We complained and were given a much better room with a living room, but which suffered tremendous noise in the early mornings from refuse collection. Do these hotels give Booking.com their poorest rooms? Breakfast was not good, in particular the bread quality and the scrambled eggs. The dining room must open earlier for those going on trips or with early flights or else a proper breakfast in room with coffee/tea must be provided. |

staff was great. included breakfast was also well done. location in Rome is amazingly close to all the sites and great shopping our room was at the front of the hotel and intolerably noisy even with the shutters down. the bed was also quite uncomfortable. |

The location was excellent, only a few seconds to the metro. The staff was very helpful--both the Concierge and front desk. The helped us immensely by arranging for a more convenient pick up location at for our rental car. Double paned windows reduced street noise. Overall, very happy. |

The location was fantastic, right by the metro. The staff were helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was a little lacking in extras for a 4 star hotel ie. a clock, information about the hotel or the city. Also more drawer space would have been handy.None of the Spa facilities are free for paying guests, not even the sauna. |

The location was excellent, staff friendly and very clean rooms Our room was really small, in fact half a room, ( there was a door to adjoining room) but did have a "balcony" which might be handy for any smokers |

The convenience of location for site seeing On a busy noisy avenue. Had we known, would have chosen room at back of hotel. ( In fairness, We did have the choice but were not aware of how busy the road actually was). |

My stay at the hotel Imperiale was very comfortable. I have spent 2 days out of 3 without my luggage, because Alitalia's fault. All hotel's staff was very friendly, warm and helpful. I would like to mention Mr. Joseph, the consierge, and front desk Paolo and Massimo. Thanks to all of them. The view from the window was not great. |

Location was excellent for traveller staying 4 nights in Rome. Several good and different kind of restaurants were near by. Shopping district and all the most important views were easy to reach. Hotel was comfortable, staff polite and the breakfast was good. |

I liked everything particularly the cleaness of the bedroom. I apreciated that everything functioned conveniently. I did not like the moquette at the entrance. |

It was a great location. The hotel was minutes aways from most of the sigthseeing such as Spanish Steps (Piazza de Spana) & Trevi's Fountain (Fontana di Trevi). The metro station is located steps away from the hotel. I also like the variety of food they offered for breakfast, it was good and enought to eat before going out in the city. |
