No problems at all.
I made an error with my booking and the hotel went out of its way to accommodate us and even gave us a free upgrade.

It was quite warm in Rome ,for being April, the air conditioning in the room had not yet been turned on which made sleeping uncomfortable.
It's location was ideal! Close to a metro stop made moving around Rome easy. Also it was very close to many restaurants. The rooms were nice but the staff made the property. Very helpful and friendly.

The air condition is off ( by hotel managment)so the room is very warm at night and can not open windows for fresh air because of the noise
Very helpfull and friendly Staff and spacious family room. Nice breakfast

Don't book a single room. Mine was a dark narrow corridor with a small single bed.
Staff all extremely helpful and friendly

The only thing i did not like was the size of the room and the bed, but I expected this. Single rooms in some big cities (and Rome seems to be one of those) are small in size and are more of a punishment for a single traveler than a joy.
I chose this hotel primarily for its location. Within walking distance to many of the places I intend to visit during this stay. It is just a few steps to the metro station and surrounded by a great number of restaurants to have your dinner if you are too tired to go too after after a long day of sightseeing.

The bedrooms were so hot when we turned on the air con this was only programmed for heat. We were told that it's too early in the year for air con! This meant opening the window. The traffic noise was very loud so disturbed sleep all round - not good!
Very convenient for Spanish steps and good restaurants.

A kettle and complementary tea coffee lacks, it would be nice to have it.
The location is excellent, near to Barberini Metro, City tour busses, spanish steps, trevi, via del corso, very easy to reach all by walk 8 minutes. This a good 4 star with a good clean room, mini bar and safe, excellent staff.Dont expect a 5 Star from a 4 Star. I paid very good price and it was all worthed. Its on the upper side of Spanish steps, you should walk the stairs down to come to the Spagna, so maybe for elderly it's a problem.I travel with my father 75 and the way back was maybe a bit much all those steps. The breakfast is average, i would recommend more choices for muslim travelers, like hard white cheese, tomates, cucembers, potatoes, olives, if not we are stuck with sweets.Good restaurants and coffee shops near, wifi was not a problem for my room, i was on the first floor, very quite room looking at the back patio. Via Veneto is very chic so worthed to walk. I am a 5 star Ritz, Jumeirah, Four Seasons type of customer, the deal was great, i took it and with the location and the service, it met all my expectations.

I enjoyed the location very much
March 22, 2015
Shame the wifi didn't work in our bedroom, but that was the only downside.
Really enjoyed being at the hotel. The staff were so helpful and upgraded our room when we asked for one with a bath. Great location for seeing all the sights. Good breakfast and really comfortable clean rooms.
March 16, 2015
You must pay for the use of the sauna etc. Didn't know that at the time of the booking (one reason for booking the hotel was for the use of the sauna etc).
Jacuzzi bath - nice surprise! Lots of restaurants near by. Metro less than a minute away. Even though we only used the Metro once (to Vatican City), it was very convenient. Breakfast was included in the price. Good choice of food, including cake (which I, of course, had every morning!).

Breakfast average. Often ran out of rolls/glasses/fruit salad and had to ask for further supplies.
Location great. A few metres from a metro stop and 15 mins walk to the main train station or the shopping area (Via Condotti/Corso). Some great restaurants nearby.

There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. We are living in the 21st century and still this hotel forces its customers to come down to the lobby every time they need to go online. The Internet conenction is very slow and sloppy. So be aware of this if you are travelling for business and require internet connection. Do not ask staff for tips on restaurants and cafes as they will send you to the most touristy places around the hotel. Last but not least, we were given a very tiny room, where the bathroom door could not even be fully opened. I guess that these types of room are being given to Booking.com customers only.
The location is simply great. You will enjoy staying at Veneto 22 whether you know Rome well enough or are about to explore it for the first time. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special really; especially when you try to get after 09:00. The hotel staff was helpful when you really needed help, but not very useful overall.

The location of the hotel was perfect, easy to visit all the major sites in this amazing city. Staff very helpful - overall would highly recommend this hotel.
February 17, 2015
Wifi available only in lobby, not a great idea for 4 star stay
Super luxury and friendly staff
February 8, 2015
Wifi only in lobby. This is not helpful. Bed and pillows not comfortable.
Staff friendly and helpful, great location, felt secure, nice buffet breakfast, good price. I have stayed here multiple times.
February 7, 2015
Wifi only works in the lobby and it's a pain to log into it (I spent more than 10 minutes trying it on my phone a couple of times). The breakfast room was quite small (apparently they closed part of the room for an event) so they only let people in if they had space available and you felt rushed to eat and leave quickly. The shower doors (thick glass) were loose, they fell once and almost cut my feet. Luckily, I'm strong and could put them back in place, but a child could get hurt.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was lovely and very helpful.
February 6, 2015
no wifi in the rooms bad wifi signal on the ground floor
location is very good, near the Barberini metro station Breakfast is tasty Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful
February 3, 2015
Noise insulation (I could hear toilet flush from next room!) Spa overbooked, they couldn't get me an appointment for the same day. Other than that: excellent!
Great location, on 60's centre of attention: Via Veneto. Close to Villa Borghese park, and public transport. Rooms are clean, friendly staff.
January 27, 2015
It looks so nice în the pictures but in reality it needs to change a lot of stuff. The bathroom is old. Overall is a 3* hotel.
The location The internet if you specific you need it the give you a room with ok connection (not very good) The breakfast is ok but the plates are so small
January 25, 2015
Although the hotel promises Free-Wifi in all rooms, there was none (probably due to a technical problem), but the hotel offered no compensation and did not regarded this as a problem.
Nice room, within walking distance to tourist attraction (although there was not a lot of nightlife in the surrounding area). Nice lobby.
January 24, 2015
when i booked the room, i asked for a king size double bed and begged them to ensure it is a king size, but when i get there it was still two twin beds stick together and also bed was moving like a boat on the sea!!! they kindly changed my room the day after, but when i get to new room, and slept, just saw a blood spot on pillow!!!! breakfast was too simple, nothing special, some slice of meat, jam, sausage, could be better for this hotel and money. i was on forth floor and lift was not working (just one day)
I liked the staffs, absolutely helpful and well English speakers. location is alright,
January 23, 2015
