Excellent location and service. Room on the small side but very comfortable and clean.
Location good staff
Poor wifi Poor breakfast Very small room
I liked the jacuzzi in the room everything was clean
the wifi connection was disturbing...we had to login and submit password every time we got in the room and once it was connected the signal was really poor! The pillow was awful the room was too small the tv had only Italian channels and a dutch one.... NO ENGLISH ones.
Excellent location, extremely clean and friendly, beautiful lobby and rooms
Everything is perfect! just to mention something - wifi in the room wasn't permanent, but it might be because of my phone. Otherwise - RECOMMENDED!
the location of the hotel close to a subway station is perfect
1.the Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is very poor and forcing guest to access internet in the hotel lobby instead of the comfort of the room. 2. I forgot my winter cup in a well identifiable outlet store (Castel Romano) but the hotel staff was not helpful at all. it is important to note that I booked the trip the outlet through the hotel and paid the respective fare but no service was provided when most needed.
I loved how everything was perfect and there was special attention to detail. The staff, from the front desk to the servers at the delicious breakfast, to those who cleaned the immaculate rooms took their jobs very seriously and conscientiously. They took great pride. It was greatly appreciated. I would definitely return.
The hotel, at the time of my visit, was having difficulty with their internet. Therefore, I could not use my phone or iPad for the time I was there. The hotel did have service people in to attempt to rectify the problem.
Presentation was excellent. As soon as we pulled up in front we started to relax. Good reception (if a little loud) and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and easy walk to Fori Imperiale.
Principal reception staff need to calm down a little. You can be enthusiastic without being loud and frantic. Clients want calm professionalism.
Location is excellent Friendly Staff
Old Hotel Not soundproof Parking from € 36/day No restaurant Expect to pay high tourist prices for food
Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Excellent location - convenient to walk to the Pantheon, Piazza Navonna, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps. Close to metro and bus stops. Wonderful breakfast included with room.
It was really clean and central.
Wi-fi should be free of charge at least at the lobby
Poor service , and first hotel wich has no iron and table!! I have been in 2 stars hotels in Italy and they have iron.!!
The convenience to metro and buslines was helpful. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. Breakfast buffet was great.
I would like an area with a few more dining choices.
Location and Friendliness. Helpful staff who were receptive to complaints and took appropriate and acceptable action. Bar staff were pleasant and the Spa Centre welcoming.
Hotel was very noisy both within and out with hotel. Breakfast was truly appalling. The quality of available food was poor, often much was unavailable or stale and the standard of equipment very suspect. Whilst we appreciated that the kitchen was in the middle of refurbishment but no contingency plans were made or indeed any obvious reduction in room rate noticed.
Location worked well. Room was large.
Internet access was intermittent. There was no working fan or drain in interior bathroom. Towels were thin and worn. Breakfast room was stuffy. Outside street busy.
Quiet room, friendly staff who spoke good English, proximity to Central Rome, right beside Barberini Metro stop. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice hotel so central for a reasonable price.
Everything was great:) The hotel was so central we went back for a break after a tour of the Colosseum before heading out again in the late afternoon.
Very good location close to the Spanish steps and trevi fountain. Good restaurants near by. Very clean hotel and extremely friendly staff.
Fairly modern, up-dated hotel. Great location, close to Spanish steps, very good buffet, clean room but a bit small. Great restaurants all with walking distance. Highly recommend Il Veneto Restaurant 2 minute walk
Restaurant around the place not good at all.
We came early, 7am, complementary breakfast. Room service served free hot drinks because room machine was broken. Front desk very polite and helpfull. Nice location at fancy hotel street.
I liked the value of the money, I stayed for 5 nights for 800 euros. Buffet was good. Only the receptionist (the blonde lady) was helpful. The Spanish steps and Trevi fountain was nearby the hotel. Lots of restaurants were outside the hotel and they were delicious!
They didn't offer any slippers or robes. The wardrobe was dirty. The glass on it wasn't clean. I couldn't look at myself in the mirror. So I had to just depend on the tiny mirror in the bathroom to look at myself. There wasn't a kettle in the room, I like having hot water when I wake up before eating my breakfast. They gave me hot water. But it was a hassle, going down to reception and get the water.
Loved neighborhood Staff very helpful Happy hour with light buffet was a good value We were given free wi fi and a room upgrade due to renovations
Pillows very flat and uncomfortable
Friendly staff .good location .clean and comfortable.good breakfast
Great location Large room Good breakfast very friendly staff
The reception staff behavior
Great location close to all the touristy sites and restaurants.
