Poor service , and first hotel wich has no iron and table!! I have been in 2 stars hotels in Italy and they have iron.!!
The convenience to metro and buslines was helpful. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. Breakfast buffet was great.
I would like an area with a few more dining choices.
Location and Friendliness. Helpful staff who were receptive to complaints and took appropriate and acceptable action. Bar staff were pleasant and the Spa Centre welcoming.
Hotel was very noisy both within and out with hotel. Breakfast was truly appalling. The quality of available food was poor, often much was unavailable or stale and the standard of equipment very suspect. Whilst we appreciated that the kitchen was in the middle of refurbishment but no contingency plans were made or indeed any obvious reduction in room rate noticed.
Location worked well. Room was large.
Internet access was intermittent. There was no working fan or drain in interior bathroom. Towels were thin and worn. Breakfast room was stuffy. Outside street busy.
Quiet room, friendly staff who spoke good English, proximity to Central Rome, right beside Barberini Metro stop. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice hotel so central for a reasonable price.
Everything was great:) The hotel was so central we went back for a break after a tour of the Colosseum before heading out again in the late afternoon.
Very good location close to the Spanish steps and trevi fountain. Good restaurants near by. Very clean hotel and extremely friendly staff.
Fairly modern, up-dated hotel. Great location, close to Spanish steps, very good buffet, clean room but a bit small. Great restaurants all with walking distance. Highly recommend Il Veneto Restaurant 2 minute walk
Restaurant around the place not good at all.
We came early, 7am, complementary breakfast. Room service served free hot drinks because room machine was broken. Front desk very polite and helpfull. Nice location at fancy hotel street.
I liked the value of the money, I stayed for 5 nights for 800 euros. Buffet was good. Only the receptionist (the blonde lady) was helpful. The Spanish steps and Trevi fountain was nearby the hotel. Lots of restaurants were outside the hotel and they were delicious!
They didn't offer any slippers or robes. The wardrobe was dirty. The glass on it wasn't clean. I couldn't look at myself in the mirror. So I had to just depend on the tiny mirror in the bathroom to look at myself. There wasn't a kettle in the room, I like having hot water when I wake up before eating my breakfast. They gave me hot water. But it was a hassle, going down to reception and get the water.
Loved neighborhood Staff very helpful Happy hour with light buffet was a good value We were given free wi fi and a room upgrade due to renovations
Pillows very flat and uncomfortable
Friendly staff .good location .clean and comfortable.good breakfast
Great location Large room Good breakfast very friendly staff
The reception staff behavior
Great location close to all the touristy sites and restaurants.
I can't think of anything.
We stayed for three nights in “Hotel Imperiale” in August 2014 situated and Dolce Vita (Via Vittorio Veneto) near the Triton Fountain. Location of that hotel is really great. It takes only a minute to get the Church of Capuchins with its great ossuary or Triton Fountain. In five minutes walk you will get the Barberini Palace where Roman National gallery is billeted in. There you will be able to see the master pieces of fine arts starting from XIII century up to XIX-th. In ten minutes you will get the Trevi fountain (at present time is under reconstruction, without water and under scaffolds). If you go to other side then in ten minutes you will get the Spanish steps. And so on and so on just look at the map. So, this is an excellent base to commit yours cultural raids on the city of Rome and shopping because Condotti and Babuini Streets and Square of Spain are in close walking distance. Regarding to hotel itself I can tell that our room could be bigger but had enough of space. It was very clean, equipped with air-conditioner, mini-bar, TV set, phone and so on. Bath room was big enough and although without the bathtub. Instead there was the big and comfortable shower cabin and all other necessary things. We also had a big balcony looking at the internal yard of the hotel. Unfortunately free Wi Fi was available only at the public areas at zero floor, although there are a lot of comfortable arm-chairs and sofas. Restaurant was very good with plenty of delicious food. We had our breakfasts there. Dinners and suppers are also available. All staff was very polite and useful and spoke fluent English. So, I think this is very good hotel and I can recommend it to other travelers. One useful tip, Wi-Fi is available in the room if you are living at the first floor.
Close to metro station.
Like a *** Hotel, but with higher price. Low quality/price ratio. Intercontinental breakfast not so good.
I liked the location and the room size was very hood as well
Breakfast was ok.
We booked a double room that said it was 18 square meters. We checked in only to be given a single room for two people with the receptionist claiming that they were fully booked and this was the only room available!! When we complained again the second morning, the staff were very rude and said that we shouldn't have accepted the room as they have double rooms available!! We were only there for one night and we will never go back.
Staff could be more helpful as we are in the hospitality business and expect to have full support from Reception and Concierge Service
Location was close to Spanish steps and staff were great and friendly.
All was good
Close to metro and restaurants. Easy walk to main shopping areas near the Spanish steps
Breakfast was good but terrible coffee. The staff seemed very stressed at breakfast time.
very noisy room, small room, bath was too old and repaired
The staff.were very friendly and helpful. The location was short walk to the historic places of interest. Breakfast was fantastic and plenty of it,
One small thing - there was only one lift in the building which was very slow and doors would close even if you tried to stop them. Bed very firm.
