The Twentyone is a modern boutique hotel on Via Cola di Rienzo, one of Rome's best shopping streets. Castel Sant'Angelo and the historic center are just a pleasant 10-minute walk away.

Location great. A few metres from a metro stop and 15 mins walk to the main train station or the shopping area (Via Condotti/Corso). Some great restaurants nearby.
Breakfast average. Often ran out of rolls/glasses/fruit salad and had to ask for further supplies.
The location is simply great. You will enjoy staying at Veneto 22 whether you know Rome well enough or are about to explore it for the first time. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special really; especially when you try to get after 09:00. The hotel staff was helpful when you really needed help, but not very useful overall.
There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. We are living in the 21st century and still this hotel forces its customers to come down to the lobby every time they need to go online. The Internet conenction is very slow and sloppy. So be aware of this if you are travelling for business and require internet connection. Do not ask staff for tips on restaurants and cafes as they will send you to the most touristy places around the hotel. Last but not least, we were given a very tiny room, where the bathroom door could not even be fully opened. I guess that these types of room are being given to Booking.com customers only.
The location of the hotel was perfect, easy to visit all the major sites in this amazing city. Staff very helpful - overall would highly recommend this hotel.
Super luxury and friendly staff
Wifi available only in lobby, not a great idea for 4 star stay
Staff friendly and helpful, great location, felt secure, nice buffet breakfast, good price. I have stayed here multiple times.
Wifi only in lobby. This is not helpful. Bed and pillows not comfortable.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was lovely and very helpful.
Wifi only works in the lobby and it's a pain to log into it (I spent more than 10 minutes trying it on my phone a couple of times). The breakfast room was quite small (apparently they closed part of the room for an event) so they only let people in if they had space available and you felt rushed to eat and leave quickly. The shower doors (thick glass) were loose, they fell once and almost cut my feet. Luckily, I'm strong and could put them back in place, but a child could get hurt.
location is very good, near the Barberini metro station Breakfast is tasty Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful
no wifi in the rooms bad wifi signal on the ground floor
Great location, on 60's centre of attention: Via Veneto. Close to Villa Borghese park, and public transport. Rooms are clean, friendly staff.
Noise insulation (I could hear toilet flush from next room!) Spa overbooked, they couldn't get me an appointment for the same day. Other than that: excellent!
The location The internet if you specific you need it the give you a room with ok connection (not very good) The breakfast is ok but the plates are so small
It looks so nice în the pictures but in reality it needs to change a lot of stuff. The bathroom is old. Overall is a 3* hotel.
Nice room, within walking distance to tourist attraction (although there was not a lot of nightlife in the surrounding area). Nice lobby.
Although the hotel promises Free-Wifi in all rooms, there was none (probably due to a technical problem), but the hotel offered no compensation and did not regarded this as a problem.
I liked the staffs, absolutely helpful and well English speakers. location is alright,
when i booked the room, i asked for a king size double bed and begged them to ensure it is a king size, but when i get there it was still two twin beds stick together and also bed was moving like a boat on the sea!!! they kindly changed my room the day after, but when i get to new room, and slept, just saw a blood spot on pillow!!!! breakfast was too simple, nothing special, some slice of meat, jam, sausage, could be better for this hotel and money. i was on forth floor and lift was not working (just one day)
Polite & helpful stuff, clean room, well located and decorated, breakfast was excellent with big variety, highly recommend A1 hotel.
close to metro; in walking distance to some of the monuments
WiFi works only in the lobby
perfect location, many restaurants around, close to the shopping area, nice lobby, nice staff
poor breakfast, the rooms are old fashioned, no wi-fi in rooms, only in lobby!
The politiness of the staff and the willingness to meet all our requirements .The rich breakfast.
Location is very near of the shopping area spanish steps and the subway
Bar closes at 11 No wifi in the rooms Its hard to get early checkin and it was after newyear it wasnt high season
actually nothing impresive
clean hotel and rooms
The location of the hotel is good. The breakfast was fair.
The room is not equipped with water boiler. The wifi in the rooms is not available (weak signal), this why the hotel offer free wifi. The room I got it for 4 persons was small compared to the price of the room with other hotels
Hotel and the staff were wxcellent as usual. This was my second stay in the Hotel. It is very clean and in the heart of the city. Close to every place (historical and restaurants) in the city. Via Veneto is the most elegant street in the city and the hotel is there. The staff were very friendly and the reception was helpful. I suggest to every one. I am sure Iwill stay there when ever I go to Rome.
The location was great right in the center. Staff who helped with the luggage were super nice! The room was clean with a decent bathroom.
- The wireless only worked in the lobby and it was very extremely slow. -breakfast only had three main courses (boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, and meat) If you're on a healthy diet be prepared to have boiled eggs for breakfast everyday! - it says that breakfast starts at 7, but in reality breakfast will be sitting there extremely cold at 7, and then they will start heating it up whenever the first guest shows up. - skimmed non-fat milk does not exist in almost all of Rome (including this hotel)
All ok! Good level
Location, exelent breakfast, interior
No/ very poor- wi fi in the rooms.
Everybody who worked in this hotel was kind and pleasant. They were willing to help in everything we asked for. Comfortable, clean, very good breakfast. We are going to stay there in our next visit for sure
