The reception staff behavior
Great location close to all the touristy sites and restaurants.
I can't think of anything.
I liked the location and the room size was very hood as well
Staff could be more helpful as we are in the hospitality business and expect to have full support from Reception and Concierge Service
Close to metro and restaurants. Easy walk to main shopping areas near the Spanish steps
Breakfast was good but terrible coffee. The staff seemed very stressed at breakfast time.
very noisy room, small room, bath was too old and repaired
The staff.were very friendly and helpful. The location was short walk to the historic places of interest. Breakfast was fantastic and plenty of it,
One small thing - there was only one lift in the building which was very slow and doors would close even if you tried to stop them. Bed very firm.
We enjoyed everything.

Rude and disrespectful concierge. Told there is free WIFI, but none existed inthe rooms. present only in the main entrance lobby. Not helpful with suggestions and services.

Getting there by car

concentrate juices at breakfast and bad coffee
Excellent location, courteous staff, good rooms and breakfast.
A little bit expensive
The young lady at the Reception was extremely helpful, quick and service-oriented. Quite impressive. Excellent service.
First we had a room just above the street and it was quite noisy (windows are not doubled). However the Reception found another room for us for the other nights (they were really good to find another solution and to please us) and we were really satisfied. Room prices are quite expensive for what it is. However the quality is very good. And this is the centre of Rome...
Great person at reception (Alma). Lovely hotel and well situated
The Limousine service is now not a limousine but a multi person people mover - when we were there 3 years ago, it was an actual limousine and no-one advised that we did not get that anymore - we will now be using taxis instead if we go back
The hotel was close to the Spanish steps and trevi fountain. Staff was very friendly and helpful given the fact that we always had questions to ask. The breakfast is amazing, we really enjoyed it a lot!
Shower leaked outside.
