部屋の面積は、若干、狭いかもしれませんが、清潔で、とにかくホテルのロケーションがローマ市内観光をする- には、大変便利です。また、スタッフも効率よく動いていて、イタリアの基準からすると、合格点だと思います- 。

部屋に時計がないので不便でした。モーニングコールを頼むより自分で設定できるようなものがあればホテル側- の手を煩わすこともないと思います。　　　　　ユーザーレビューで朝食がイマイチとあり覚悟して望みましたが、ヨーロッパのホテルにしては充実している方- だと思います。

もう少し防音の設備が充実していればと思います。廊下で話している声がまる聞こえで、ドアの開け閉めも響き- 、寝ていても目が覚めてしまうほどでした。

The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate you. The location is within walking distance of everything and close to metro if walking is not your thing.

The food, the food, the food. Over-priced and not very good. I have stayed at this hotel several times and have yet to experience a good meal. Frankly, I would never eat there again but sometimes it's worth it for the convenience and I keep hoping the food will improve. That being said, all the restaurants on that street, near the hotel seem to be over-priced with poor quality food.

Helpful and kind staff

Very small bathroom. Heating constantly on-far to hot and nothing was done about it. Flush sometimes worked sometimes not. Was not properly fixed even if we asked for assistance. Very poor breakfast. Fruitsalad (from tin) was old not eatable. Croissants were old 2 days out of three. Grapes not fresh.

The hotel reception staff were very helpful - with bookings, directions, etc. The hotel was within walking distance of most of the major sites. Food in the hotel was good and we even got a packed breakfast for a particularly early start.

I'd have preferred a few more cereals and real orange juice at breakfast.

It was ideally situated for a trip to visit Rome. The staff were very obliging.

The first room we were given was very small and awkwardly laid out. Not worthy of a 4* hotel. We complained and were given a much better room with a living room, but which suffered tremendous noise in the early mornings from refuse collection. Do these hotels give Booking.com their poorest rooms? Breakfast was not good, in particular the bread quality and the scrambled eggs. The dining room must open earlier for those going on trips or with early flights or else a proper breakfast in room with coffee/tea must be provided.

staff was great. included breakfast was also well done. location in Rome is amazingly close to all the sites and great shopping

our room was at the front of the hotel and intolerably noisy even with the shutters down. the bed was also quite uncomfortable.

The location was excellent, only a few seconds to the metro. The staff was very helpful--both the Concierge and front desk. The helped us immensely by arranging for a more convenient pick up location at for our rental car. Double paned windows reduced street noise. Overall, very happy.

Spa was charged at 25 euros an hour something that is not mentioned in the website, internet should be free for a 4* hotel, breakfeast very disappointing, hotel staff not very friendly.
