部屋に時計がないので不便でした。モーニングコールを頼むより自分で設定できるようなものがあればホテル側の手を煩わすこともないと思います。 ユーザーレビューで朝食がイマイチとあり覚悟して望みましたが、ヨーロッパのホテルにしては充実している方だと思います。 もう少し防音の設備が充実していればと思います。廊下で話している声がまる聞こえで、ドアの開け閉めも響き、寝ていても目が覚めてしまうほどでした。 |

一日€４０余計にかかったが、広い部屋に変えてもらえてよかった。スタッフもとても親切 朝食付きだが、内容は毎日同じ もう少しバリエーションがあったらよかった。サラダやフルーツが全く無いのもどうかと思う。バスルームは狭く、トイレを使うのも、子供をお風呂に入れるのにも苦労した。 |

Excellently located near the Spanish Steps and all its activities and shops. Just 50m away from the "metropolitano", allowing easy access to the Vatican and to the Colosseum. Very quiet rooms on the opposite side from the entrance on the Via Veneto. Breakfast was OK, but not great. |

The hotel was conveniently located and provided a fair breakfast.the concierge was extremely helpful and the hop on hop off bus stopped one block from the hotel. The rooms were extremely small. After complaining an adjustment in accommodations was made. |

The hotel is very well located. I did not like the attention from reception, although some were helpful, they were not very knowledgeable. The room was small and uncomfortable for the rate. There was one power outlet in the room, and a phone with no numbers. The a/c was very old, and not very good at cooling the room in June, which is very warm in Rome. |

Professional Friendly staff was informative and polite.The hotel was very quiet and very relaxing. Location was exellent.I would stay there again and will recomend this hotel. Would have liked an Omlette for breakfast. |

Very good location, classic design wich remind me the luxury Rome of the old movies... friendly staff, good breakfast. Single room too small, old tv, the modern ceiling of the room didn't match the classic style, everything a little bit too old... |

The Reception was speedy and efficient as were all the other staff at the hotel. The first room we were given was VERY small but quiet. We asked to be moved and were given a much larger room, we were two large people so needed to be able to move about without one sitting down first. The new room was an excellent size although a bit noisy early in the mornings but we were warned about this. |
