Отличное расположение отеля (близость к основным достопримечательностям, кроме этого 2 минуты пешком до метро), вежливый персонал отеля, большой удобный номер. Завтраки сделать более вкусными |

Excellently located near the Spanish Steps and all its activities and shops. Just 50m away from the "metropolitano", allowing easy access to the Vatican and to the Colosseum. Very quiet rooms on the opposite side from the entrance on the Via Veneto. Breakfast was OK, but not great. |

The hotel was conveniently located and provided a fair breakfast.the concierge was extremely helpful and the hop on hop off bus stopped one block from the hotel. The rooms were extremely small. After complaining an adjustment in accommodations was made. |

The hotel is very well located. I did not like the attention from reception, although some were helpful, they were not very knowledgeable. The room was small and uncomfortable for the rate. There was one power outlet in the room, and a phone with no numbers. The a/c was very old, and not very good at cooling the room in June, which is very warm in Rome. |

The hotel is very central close to the shopping areas and very close to the tube. Excellent location. The breakfast could have been a bit better. |

The Reception was speedy and efficient as were all the other staff at the hotel. The first room we were given was VERY small but quiet. We asked to be moved and were given a much larger room, we were two large people so needed to be able to move about without one sitting down first. The new room was an excellent size although a bit noisy early in the mornings but we were warned about this. |

Staff was ready to assist with requests. Hotel was clean and facilities were comfortable.Would recommend Did not know where breakfast was served, no signage or direction by staff. Lighting in bar and lobby area was too bright. Could hear activity in room next to ours. |
