Уютный, центр города, вежливый персонал, отвечающий на интересующие нас вопросы. После долгих прогулок по Риму приятно, что в номере есть джакузи Пожалуй. нет. Может быть, что-нибудь из национальной итальянской кухни на завтрак, однако во многих отелях в Италии завтраки одинаковые, наверное, тек принято. |

Отель хорошо расположен. Рядом метро. Симпатичный интерьер, все вполне уютно и чисто. Предоставляет совершенно замечательный и разнообразный завтрак - шведский стол! Номер, предоставленный нам на двоих оказался маловат. Кровать показалась нам не двуспальной, а полуторной. |

Очень удобное расположение отеля в центре города. Возможность пешеходных экскурсий и шопинга. Есть большие номера с балконом. Необходима уборка балконов. Плохая шумоизоляция стеклопакетов от движения транспорта. Нет русского канала ТВ. Нет тапочек и халатов. |

Отличное расположение отеля (близость к основным достопримечательностям, кроме этого 2 минуты пешком до метро), вежливый персонал отеля, большой удобный номер. Завтраки сделать более вкусными |

Хорошая уборка номеров, доброжелательность персонала, удобное месторасположение отеля, простота оформления заказа номера, стилистика интерьера, соттношение цена-качество. Очень скудный завтрак |

The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate you. The location is within walking distance of everything and close to metro if walking is not your thing. The food, the food, the food. Over-priced and not very good. I have stayed at this hotel several times and have yet to experience a good meal. Frankly, I would never eat there again but sometimes it's worth it for the convenience and I keep hoping the food will improve. That being said, all the restaurants on that street, near the hotel seem to be over-priced with poor quality food. |

Location: within walking distance of major sights and right next to a metro station Breakfast was poor and the room was small. Neither the room nor the breakfast justified the price charged. |

Excellent location: easy walk to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain and just next to bus and metro stops. Strange smell from bathroom. Had trouble with in-room safe just as we were stepping out and called reception for sending someone. They said someone will come immediately and 15 minutes later got tired of waiting and went down to find out that no one was even sent. |

Helpful and kind staff Very small bathroom. Heating constantly on-far to hot and nothing was done about it. Flush sometimes worked sometimes not. Was not properly fixed even if we asked for assistance. Very poor breakfast. Fruitsalad (from tin) was old not eatable. Croissants were old 2 days out of three. Grapes not fresh. |

excellent location to sites and Metro. Lovely wood decor. Helpful staff at front desk who helped us sort out what to do with pending train strike.Excellent cappuccino and espresso at breakfast. |

Very helpful staff & was impressed with the morning meal. Very impressed with the size of the room. Our bathroom, large but drove us crazy. The bathroom flooded each time we took a shower. No matter what we did water was on the floor each time. Had to get exta towles to soak up the water. |

The hotel reception staff were very helpful - with bookings, directions, etc. The hotel was within walking distance of most of the major sites. Food in the hotel was good and we even got a packed breakfast for a particularly early start. I'd have preferred a few more cereals and real orange juice at breakfast. |

The location of the hotel was excellent.Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice was super. It was wonderful to have luggage stored after check-out. Drinks from the bar and coffee were very expensive. €4.50 for a bag of crisps from the room bar were way over-priced,but in fairness the price list,which was supplied,clearly indicated this.It would be helpful if more information - maps,brochures,metro / bus details etc in English were readily available and displayed at reception. |

It was ideally situated for a trip to visit Rome. The staff were very obliging. The first room we were given was very small and awkwardly laid out. Not worthy of a 4* hotel. We complained and were given a much better room with a living room, but which suffered tremendous noise in the early mornings from refuse collection. Do these hotels give Booking.com their poorest rooms? Breakfast was not good, in particular the bread quality and the scrambled eggs. The dining room must open earlier for those going on trips or with early flights or else a proper breakfast in room with coffee/tea must be provided. |

staff was great. included breakfast was also well done. location in Rome is amazingly close to all the sites and great shopping our room was at the front of the hotel and intolerably noisy even with the shutters down. the bed was also quite uncomfortable. |
