有点年头的酒店了，周边都是餐厅、酒店，出来就是地铁站和Barberini广场，去西班牙广场和特莱维喷- 泉都很近。早餐超级丰盛、品种多样，Gabeza餐厅水准一般。

Staff were so friendly even to English speaking tourists. The rooms are well furnished and of good size. I would happily stay there again.

Very convenient to access the hotel via the Metro (2 stops from Termini Station), and the hotel is easy to find. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped with directions around town, and also held our bags for free before and after we checked-in/-out. I would stay here again, no complaints.

Nothing - Liked everything

The hotel was very central and we were able to access all major areas on foot.

The hotel was undergoing alterations whilst we were there and this disrupted our stay somewhat ie.the lift was out of action on our last day and we had to drag our cases down the stairs from the second floor.One evening we returned to the hotel after dining out we asked for coffee in the lounge and we were told,very rudely "no the bar is closed".Civillity costs nothing!!

I thought the staff was extremely friendly. I always saw people cleaning, tending to guests, and actively engaged in the management of the hotel. Very nice staff.

Just a personal thing-the room I had (single) was very small, but that is how it goes in Europe sometimes.

The location of the hotel is quite good. Access to all sightseeing points are very convenient. We got very nice city walks with our 1 year of baby during our stay in Rome.

Maybe the hotel staff has reserved one of the best rooms with a balcony viewing Via Venetto but the room was quite standard small room. The elevetor was a bit noisy giving a little fair while we were using with our baby. And, the most we didn't like was open buffet breakfast. It was quite weak. In Italy as an Mediterranean country, we were expecting at least tomato or some green leaves and nice cheeses. So, the hotel was OK but 3 stars, not 4 stars in our opinion. But again I would say its location is perfect...

It was perfect and what we were looking for. I would recomend this hotel to friends and family. The staff was friendly and very helpful about directions and tours to take. Excelente!!!!

The location was amazing and the best part about our experience with the Hotel Imperiale.

The service at the hotel was very poor because whenever we asked anyone at the desk to do anything they would forget right away. We needed more pillows because two of our family members needed more neck support and we had to ask three times throughout the second day for anyone to actually bring them to our room. We asked for a wake up call three times throughout our stay and twice the desk forgot to call us- the morning of our plane flight as well, this is extremely unacceptable for a hotel claiming four stars!! We also asked for our towel warmer to be fixed and it was never fixed, and the jacuzzi was broken as well. The desk did not know how to make a collect call to the united states and we spent a very long time trying to figure it out ourselves. The breakfast was not worth four stars and the coffee was horrible and not italian. At night it was also very loud and it was difficult for some of our family to sleep.

The charm of an old palace

Charging for the internet is never appreciated. Free and available internet is the number one criteria when choosing a hotel, this case was an exception as Hotel mperiale had a discount rate.

Great location, just minutes from the Spanish steps and the Fontana di Trevi, as well as all the luxury shops (Gucci, Versace, Prada, Miu Miu, La Perla, Pucci, etc).

The service wasn't great, and neither was the cleanliness of my room. The sheets were stained the first night when I arrived, and the next day there were loose sequins on my sheets (from the cleaning ladies clothes?). I asked for a restaurant recommendation, and when I arrived at the restaurant it was closed. Also, I asked about transport to the airport, if there were any trains or buses. They said there weren't and that they could book me a car for eur50. However, when I arrived at the airport I quickly found out that there was a bus that costs only eur4. I don't like being lied to by hotel staff.
