Its location is very good. Its very clean. The air conditioner actually worked and the washroom was well maintained. breakfast is limited in menu but its good. |

We loved the location and great staff. Breakfast was nice and copious. The towels were somewhat waterproof.... and no hand soap! |

This is a very small hotel, not really a b&b, that is located near the rail station, quiet, clean, with rooms bigger than those at twice the price. Best of all was the price. We would definitely return again. I can't think of anything. |

Clean, good location, friendly staff and felt very safe. Our room was close to the lobby and it was a little noisy in the morning with coffee machines, deliveries and pickups (bell rang each time). |

Middle city of Rome. Crew was helpfully and nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was exellent. We arrive late at 11pm so we had to pay extra 15€ but it was worth it. |

Spotlessly clean. Nice city area- but farther away from center than we thought. Very convenient to train station Very basic- no phone- no clocks, no wake up call- towels only changed every 3 days . Jacuzzi shower did not work |

Extremely comfortable and central to the Roma attractions. Staff very friendly. Very clean, furnished hotel, great facilitys, free internet & Tv, sat. Coffee/tea available at any time, free coffee, juices etc. We will definatly come back to this B&B! |

Excellent location very near to Termini station and Republica metro station. Spacious room. Yoghurt, juices and coffee/tea (machine) available at any time. More non sweet stuff for breakfast would be nice. Fresh coffee, bread, cheese and ham, tomato, cucumber etc. |

One of the best rooms we stopped in! Would definately recommened. Very quiet room with air con. Very clean and exceeded our expectations in more ways than one. Very comfy bed! |
