Internet was slow - come on, In 21st century cannot watch videos on YouTube for slow internet?!?
The location was good
Everything about this place was bad. The bed was hanging on a platform with chains and would swing everytime you moved. The place was dirty and the dishes were not clean. The shower was small and could not turn around in it. The man who manned the desk was rude and unhelpful. If will never stay here again.
Location was perfect. We didn't once take a taxi as every sight was within walking distance. The hotel was also surrounded by lovely little restaurants that served gorgeous authentic Italian food. Staff were extremely friendly.
The only let down was the breakfast. Very sugary - would have been nice to have a few fresher options.
The hotel was a unique experience, in an antique building, and beautifully decorated. It was safe and secure, with a nice breakfast included. The staff was accommodating, and kind. My children and completely enjoyed our stay.
Very nice and clean apartment in a great location. We love it!
LOCATION ... location ... location
Frankly there was nothing negative about it as long as you don't have high expectations
We liked everything. Location, spacious and modern apartment, busstop nearby, free (working!) wifi.... Excellent for a family with two kids.
We stayed with 4 persons in one of the quite new apartments just 150 m away from the hotel. At night it can be noisy outside from people coming from nightclubs or restaurants. No traffic noise. A (larger) tea pot and a water cooker would have been handy. I also missed a dustbin in both of the bathrooms. In the evening it was a bit chilly in the apartment, the heater didn't seem to work. We did not bother to ask the reception about it. I did not know the apartment would not be cleaned during our stay. It was OK, but an extra set of clean towels would have been nice. Initially there was only bedlinen for one double bed, not for the sleeping sofa. We noticed it after 9 at night so the reception was closed. The next day we got it after asking for it. Maybe it would have been the same for the extra towels..... All those 'critics' are more mend to be for improvement and to give extra info what to expect. Our stay was excellent!
location and room
That you have to pay 15€ for the check IN after 9 pm!!!!!!
Location is perfect!
Perfect location to Piazza Navona...though not directly on the metro line it is not a far walk and there is a taxi stand at the end of the alley as well as a bus stop less than a block away. We stayed in one of the apartments and it was perfect for our family of 4.with two full bathrooms and an adequately equpped kitchen I could not have asked for more!!
My only complaint was that one of tge days during our stay there was construction going on above us in one of the privately owned apartments. While we weren't initially bothered because we planned on touring the Vatican that day...when we came back to let our youngest take a nap before heading back out....it was still ongoing. However bc of loud street noises during our other travels I always come prepared with a white noise machine to help drown out the noise.
We liked very much the location of Imperium suites Navona. You dont even need a bus or metro to see the town, It is all walk distance. The hotel is beautiful ! The rooms are nice and the breakfast is delicious.
1. Location; 2. Friendly staff
1. There is no soundproofing in the Deluxe room at all! Noise from the street and from people upstairs will disappear around midnight, so you'll have a chance to sleep, but if you have a couple with a baby in the next room, as we had, you will be guaranteed to have no sleep at all! 2. Breakfast was a bit strange. I ordered for myself some items I liked, and for my husband other items which he liked, but we always got the same
