The terraсe on the last floor its very romantic moment. Also i've liked the breakfast with cornetto, in the first onset feeling yourself in Italy! maybe only one little moment - you should to have also the iron. |

Location is perfect as it was near the Termini Station. Nice interior of the hotel only that rooms are small. Few choices of food at breakfast. Small TV. Other hotels of the same price has big flat screen TV. |

First of all the location that is excellent, close to Termini station and 10-15 min from main sightseeings. Second, it was pretty soundproof, but i don't know exactly due to what fact - position from the main street or the interior - finally, maybe due to the fact that I was dear tired!!!! :) the laundry was changed in 2 days, pretty ok. The breakfast was ok - pure french, boiled eggs, croissant and coffee - still enough for a light breakfast. a pretty small room, first time not too clean. left 2 ueros for the maidens, seemed to work. |

A great location with many places to chose from for dining. The Roma Termini is only a few blocks away, which is nice if you want to catch a train to the Leonardo Da Vinci airport. |

Hotel location was perfect especially for tourists, 5 minutes to Metro, 15 minutes to Termini station. There are a lot of restaurants and cafeterias near the hotel. Breakfast was also perfect, there were too many options for everbody. Elevator was small but it was working well. Walls of the room were dirty, need painting. Bathroom curtain was full of stains. |

Only the central location. Otherwise my room was so small like a hole, the walls were wet and dirty. The room was dark. I was not satisfied with the room, it was too expensive for the price I paid. |

Entering the hotel at street level, there are no stairs to climb and a friendly efficient service awaits at front reception. It has close vicinity to main rail station and various cultural spots. The hotel and indeed our room had an excellent view of the Opera House. Internet access is safe, quick and not expensive and breakfast is more than adequate. The coffee is good as are the rolls, bread, croissants, pastries, cheeses, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, boiled eggs, choice of jams and honey, freshly pressed orange and grapefruit juice. The hotel has a pleasant relaxed feel with attractive decoration flowing up to the mezzanine. The staff are efficient with advice on places to eat, taxis and many other requests, Highly recommended hotel. The room was quite big but the shower seemed very cramped and needed something to place toiletries on. One of the TV channels didn't seem to work well on one of the stations but I didn't ask to have it fixed. |

The location of the hotel was good for access to the railway station and bus terminus and city sights. The shower was excellent and the room was very clean. we stayed 4 days and had two changes of bed linen and clean towels everyday.Mosquitoes in room, bitten during the night. The staff were very brusque. the lamp over the bed was dangerously taped together,we complained but nothing was done about it. The breakfast was adequate, but no provision for making toast, and a very limited choice of other things.no signs to the lift which is very very slow. |

I liked the convenience of its location and the quiet. The staff at the front office were helpful and interested. The lighting in the bedroom was rather dim for reading and another chair would have been very nice. |

We had a room on the 4th floor (the roof) which was renovated, so every thing was fairly new. We had an AC wit a remote control and the bathroom was new and clean. Also, we could go out to a balcony which is shared by all guests in the floor. Really good for smokers. The location is good: close to the train station by foot and also to a metro station. The breakfast is very poor and the elevator is tiny!! problematic if you have big suitcases. |

Good location (everything is on the walking distance), clean, quiet, safe box, the supermarket is on the other side of the Opera and another one on via Nazionale (despar). no shelf for the bath accessories in the shower, only over the washbasin. The window is to the small patio, so no view. |

The hotel was in close proximity to bus trips and metro line When we first arrived the man at reception was extremly rude. We had booked the hotel but they did not ask if i wanted double or twin rooms. When we arrived there were double rooms booked but i wanted twin. I explained that i emailed that i was not asked this on my original booking so i sent an email requesting twin rooms after my booking. He was not very helpfull stating "show me the email, you have no email" and put my booking slip down on the counter and turned his head sharply to the next customer literally telling me to go away. His college spoke to him as the half of our booking for 4 people had got into the lift. He then called me back and told me he would change one room for me. |

The hotel is very well located, the room was in good shape with a well sizes bathroom. The staff, specially in the breakfast area wasn't very nice, it was quite a weird ambient where they were constantly shouting to each other and with not very friendly faces. |
