Great location, good spot to explore all the sights of Rome.
The Coffee is not good.
Small showers, no fitness room, limited breakfast variety which was the same every day.
Good room, great location, all the staffs are kind and helpful! I recommend this hotel!
Cleanliness and friendly, good humoured staff. Very good for 3 star hotel. Location was excellent.
No complaints. It was a 3star hotel. Oh, one thing! Perhaps some more fresh fruit for breakfast.
Balcony, Breakfast, Staff, WiFi, quiet even though in downtown Rome, restaurants right on the same street, near bus and train station, good A/C
room and shower were a bit small
The beds were very comfortable and the room clean. Location was great and the breakfast satisfactory. The rooftop area was very nice with great views.
Although the bathroom was modern and clean the storage and counter space was limited. Also there was no bath. Similarly the storage in the room was very limited. The cost was quite high for the type of accommodation.
The room was very nice, loved the material on walls, it was comfortable
My husband said the breakfast could have been better , I thought it was fine .
The staff were excellent with a special kudos to Simon on the front desk. The location in Rome is excellent for everything and a real bonus for those who like to walk and explore. Hotel is quite comfortable, soundproof and clean. We recommend the Impero and would gladly stay there again.
The toaster in the dining room should be retired.
Hairdryer in room kept switching off.
Location excellent for Termini, hop-on hop-off buses, close to bus stops, close to good cafes and restaurants. Great roof garden to sit and relax. Rooms basic but adequate. Beds very comfortable. Room very quiet.
Breakfast very basic and low quality of food items. Staff not visible to assist and not keen to engage with guests. Kitchen directly off restaurant and very noisy (chattering staff and open door). Room view directly onto private residence windows.
Staff friendly, room spacious and clean, comfortable, breakfast good, has a great roof terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, location great, easy access to rail/bus and attractions. good restaurants all around
Wi-fi not great, had to be in hallway/lounge area - could not access in room
hotel is in a great spot, clean, friendly and nice restaurants in the area. Breakfast collection very nice.
Bed very unfortable, no hot water day we left, staff unfriendly, breakfast ordinary,
Lovely breakfast. Simone very helpful convenience to all transport excellent convenience of English speaking staff molto bene
No bathroom on ground floor.
Stunning Hotel in a great location. Close to shops, restaurants, Rome Metro, bus stops and city tour bus. Plenty of historical landmarks within walking distance. Hotel was immaculate and had a great 17/18th centuary vibe. Staff were unobtrusive but very approachable and helpful.
We had the quadruple room and my husband and I slept on the sofa bed. There were a couple of broken springs in the matress. However this is a very minor complaint as it did not keep us from sleeping.
hotel dirty staff rude foreign owners did not have good management. for 30 Euros more we went to a 4 Star Hotel We were booked for 7 nights and changed hotels after 3 nights. the WORST hotel we have stayed in.
The room was clean. The hotel was in very good location, short walk from Metro lines. The hotel was surrounding by shops ans restaurants.
We got the room on the rooftop so we don't have wifi. Apart from having rooftop in front of the room, I don't like that our room was isolated from others. Moreover the facilities in bathroom were missing or dysfunctional.
Easy to book and find when we got off the train
Breakfast Unfriendly staff
Good location abnhelpful
Hotel has a great location les than a 10 minute walk from the main train/bus terminus where trains arrive direct from the Airport. Also adjacent are the main stops for the city tour buses. We had a room 424 with a balcony but the hotel also has a brilliant roof top garden which provides both open and shaded areas for relaxing in. The breakfast provided is of a good continental standard and the staff in all areas are pleasant and helpful.
Only possible poor feature is the limited capacity of the elevator, which only goes to the 4th floor, 5 rooms at level 5 plus the roof garden
Great central location. That's all.
I have traveled all over the world and have slept in everything from hostels and mobile homes to cruiseliners and five star hotels, both for work and leisure....and I have NEVER before felt so UNWELCOME and UNHAPPY at any other establishment! It was such an unpleasant stay that I did not even choose to leave my luggage with them for a few hours after checking out on the last day. Instead of doing some last minute sightseeing, I actually preferred to just check out and get to the airport at 12noon while my flight was only at 10pm that evening. I just wanted to get away from that place as soon as possible! The front desk staff were rude, unfriendly, bombastic and unhelpful. They acted as if they are the senior executive concierge at a 6-star hotel...but all they have to offer is the attitude and none of the real finesse or guest relations skills. I was reluctant to ask them for anything, because it was most unpleasant dealing with them. When I checked in I refused to be placed in a temporary room until the next day. I was exhausted and jet-lagged, but was expected not to unpack my suitcase that first night and let my clothes get wrinkled...unless I wanted to repack again the next morning...since I would have had to move to another room the next day. I booked the room 7 MONTHS in advance....and still they were not ready to receive me?! The person on duty at the desk attempted to make me feel guilty for not being willing to do THEM a FAVOUR and treated me like something the cat dragged in when that did not work. Encountering this man and his afwul attitude was the last thing I was in the mood for after spending a whole day traveling on airplanes, buses and taxis. I was exhausted and just wanted to get to my room and relax...instead I was harassed and made to feel unwelcome by this snooty man at reception. Another guy at reception informed me that they would be able to arrange an airport transfer for me on a shared mini bus.
